Encore School of Dance

Students were not prepared for the Christmas recital at all. What a train wreck. Maybe the studio needs to prepare the kids better before charging for tickets to watch something that looked like it was just made up on that day. They all looked like they were deer in the headlights up on the stage. for many kids, that was their first time on a stage with lights and music. A dress rehearsal would’ve helped. Really disappointed in this years teachings. What a huge waste of money. No wonder they make you pay for the recital and recital costume in November, so you are committed to dancing the rest of the year!!! If I didn’t already invest all the money for the end of the year recital, I wouldn’t take my child back. What a crappy disappointment. Not happy about this at all!
