Crooked Creek Golf & Banquet

Been bowling here in a league for 15 years. They have had some great people over the years but they are all gone. Bowlers drink, it’s a fact, but don’t try and take advantage of me. Over the last 2 years I have had to scrutinize my bill very carefully because I have, on more than one occasion, been screwed. Tonight was terrible. I was charged $ 79 when I should have been charged $ 61. Usually, an error on a tab, can be explained, but, I had not 1 but 3 errors. This is not an accident. Our waitress was stealing from me. When questioned she became defensive. She could not tell me how much a bucket of beer was. I kinda thought that was her job. Not only did she overcharge by $ 3 a bucket she added a bucket. When questioned about a shot total she argued. Hello, the glasses are still on the table. Finally, I asked for a manager on duty to come to my table. She glared at me and stormed off. I had to walk up front and talk to the head bartender. I received a $ 18 cash refund.
Sad to say we’ll go back as its close to home and it’s our league, and have no other options.

Moral of the story… Keep track of your purchases at this place.

Visited here a while ago to go bowling and had a pretty good experience. Plenty of decent house equipment to select from, and especially liked the control center-​style seating for each lane. Not a bad place to stop in and play a few games.
