if I could give Hamptons Organics 10 stars, I would! I could not be more grateful to have found this WONDERFUL service!
The situation: With family coming to visit, I had
scheduled our regular cleaners to come on Wednesday, so when the family
arrived Thursday the house would be clean. However, when we all arrived
we found the house to be a mess as the cleaners had not come as
planned. I went into a panic trying to find someone to come same day,
and with a stroke of the best luck ever, the first number I called at 5pm
(after searching on Unilocal) was Hampton’s Lane. Within an hour, Wendy had
pulled together a crew that arrived at my door within two hours of that
first call!
The service: I would have taken anyone to clean the house at that
point, but when Claudia and her crew arrived, I knew that I had hit the
jackpot! Not only do they use all of the best vacuum and cleaning
equipment, but Claudia makes all of her own natural cleaning products!
As someone who believes strongly in the importance of not using
chemicals and having my home be eco-​conscious and organic, this was such a
delight for me to find out! (To be honest, I hadn’t even read the name of the company when I called, so I realize in retrospect that the name of the company should have clued me in, but it was great as a surprise!). They also use fabric cloths for all of the
cleaning, so there’s no disposable waste at the end; everything they use
to clean can be washed and reused. The staff was so lovely and caring
about the work they were doing, that immediately I was at total ease
leaving a team of people I had never met alone in my home. That quality
of immediate trust alone was worth the price of the cleaning!
The details: I’ve never seen my stainless steel appliances so shiny, my beds made with sheets so tight, or the highest points on the crown molding so dust free!
And as an extra touch, Claudia uses a scented essential oil dispenser
throughout the house and uses oil based on your mood and liking. Since I had gone
into a bit of stress mode, she used special calming oils that were the
perfect subtle touch for when we walked in the door. The house had
clearly been infused with love, it was palpable!
The only problem… Is that they’re only in the Hamptons! If they
had an NYC location, I would be the first to sign up! Wendy and Claudia
are running an amazing business (which also offers concierge services!)
and I look forward to using their services EXCLUSIVELY moving forward.
Don’t think twice, call Hampton’s Lane. You will be blown away by the amazing service, attention to detail, and wonderful employees. I can’t thank Wendy and Claudia enough!
