Quality Inn & Suites

We stayed here for the weekend. Great rates, my dog was allowed with another great rate. Room was clean and service was great. The indoor hot tub and pool was a huge hit to my kiddos and the free hot breakfast was awesome. We loved our stay and will definitely stay again.

Worst receptionist I’ve ever experienced.
Incredibly rude. Seems like I got the same woman as a previous reviewer. How they continue to employ this woman is beyond me. She was even rude to her own boss!!! And this is the face of the hotel/​company?! Unacceptable.

Nice Hotel, went for a business trip and stayed 3 nights. Big pool and spa, the pool was a little bit dirty, but we all had a good time. Staff was friendly and very helpful, breakfast was your typical hotel food, the dining room could use a thorough cleaning! The had horse shoes and shuffle board… that was fun! They also have an outdoor bbq for you to use, that was cool. Rooms were clean and the maids we friendly and cleaned well. I’d stay here again.

Worst reception, rudest staff, just downright despicable. Supply, and demand results at its worst!!! I have never felt so insulted while handed handing someone money! Of course this town is very busy right now. Does not excuse this kind of unprofessionalism. The company that i work for has even given them a corporate kick to lower our price. And still they were just completely disrespectful. Completely unforgivable, and disgusting, especially coming from someone so obviously disrespectful to her self. a lot of people coming through town, they are making a mint. And show a complete disregard for anything. Basically screw you, give me your money!

First time here and I can say I will be back again. It’s not the Ritz, but rates are good, free hot breakfast, and my room was quiet.
The only downsides are that the Wi-​Fi service is free, but slow and spotty and my bed was just okay.

I really don’t have a lot to say about this place, but its one of a few I will actually stay at in Safford. Not many clean and nice options. This place is always clean and nice and for the most part they are friendly. Jill is awesome!

I check in and the lady in the front desk have a major attitude problem honest I don’t care about that, I get to my room and half of the lights in my room don’t work I go to plug my cell to the wall and to my surprise the plug don’t work, I go and try to check my email and to my surprise the wifi don’t work I call the lady at the front desk and guess what she say «Sorry I can’t help you, you can come to the computer that is located in the lobby if you want», so I say to myself fuck it, I go get some ice and guess what… the ice machine don’t work.
I will never stay in this shit hole again.

For the little amount of money I spent, this hotel was not bad at all. The downside was that besides the main building they built extra rooms away from the building, resembling the old cheap hotels where the building is one long strip. That was not too bad but the rooms only had a twin bed. This is fine when flying solo, but having multiple people will cause a problem. I know you can stay in the main building where the suites are, but that will double your price. I would not go entirely off this because I did not research that option too well.
Another perk is that they have a great restaurant across the street. VERY EXCELLENT food. That restaurant will even provide room service to your room, of coarse for an inflated price. I would just recommend walking across the street and save you a few dollars.
The breakfast in the morning was awesome! They had a full line of scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, cereal, you name it. If you like breakfast there will be no reason you leave on an empty stomach. Very good.
If looking for a motel to stay at when passing through, I would recommend this place to anyone. Well worth the money, but you have to deal with a small room and a twin bed.
