Last time I ordered for pick up will be the last time I ever order from then. Every time you order from them, they staple a menu on to your bag. The back of the menu has coupons. I have had certain coupons that they have given me honored although they are expired. However last time I was there, the employee refused to honor it, but still had the audacity to staple a new set of EXPIRED coupons on to my bag. I think that when their is no «boss» around, these employees do as they please. It’s unfair to customers. It’s truly the service that keeps me away. The wings are decent/​good. Too bad their prices went up too.

Ok, nothing special, not a place where you would stay to eat. I recommend take out. If your looking for average wings then this a the place for you.

We are regulars and this time just wasn’t the greatest customer experience. I placed my order online and did not receive an email, so immediately called to make sure they got the order, since the money already came out of my bank account. When I finally got someone to pick up the phone, I was told it did not matter the money came out of my account because they never received the order and was hung up on. So I reordered online to have it go through the second time but they screwed it up by putting the wrong flavor on my wings. Whoever answered the phone was very rude and shouldnt be working with public.

Food was less than mediocre. I had requested everything to be extra crispy, and not only were the wedge fries not crispy, they were just plain soggy and disgusting.
The customer service was even more horrendous and completely despicable. I had shown the register clerk the Unilocal coupon on this very page and was told they do not accept Unilocal coupons. When I showed it to the other clerk, I explained that it was part of the Saddle Brook specific page, not wayne or any other location, so he should accept it, as per their Unilocal disclaimer. He once again reviewed coupons they are currently accepting and ultimately refused to accept mine. So don’t even bother checking in and unlocking the deal on this page, it’s useless. Just a ploy to get your business and serve you a disappointing product.
The facility itself was dingy and empty (during prime time college football!) and I could see they are hurting for business. I will not be back and highly discourage anyone else from going here.

Very disappointed with the service. Ordered online with Unilocal coupon for extra crispy wings, extra crispy wedge fries, and a dessert. Not only were they not crispy, the fries were downright soggy! As for the Unilocal coupon, the kid operating the register claimed they do not accept coupons and do not participate with Unilocal.
I was very disappointed with my experience with wing zone, their customer service left much to be desired, the facility was far from clean, and I would caution anyone planning to visit them! STAY AWAY!
If I had known their facility was this deplorable, I would never have considered them. I hope this message leads to positive changes.

WING ZONE ! My husband came across this place and loved it. It comes off as just another chain wing spot and unfortunately there was nothing amazing about it. I have been here specifically two times, I have tried the wings, regular and boneless, and fries which are actually potato wedges. The wings were small and cooked lightly and the sauce was very heavy. Do not expect to dine it as you can see its just a few tables and chairs. My order took apprx 20 minutes to prep as the owner said everything is made fresh. I don’t feel it was worth the wait. I will likely eat here again if I am in the area, and there are no other options, and I am able to call ahead…
They deliver in the area and I think its a great option but I was not in love with it considering wings everywhere else!

Ordered the 10 boneless in garlic parm. Wings were good but could of been better, I like Planet wings better or BWW. Got the combo that came with fries but didn’t really get a lot. But for $ 10 with fries and a drink its a decent deal. Only a few options for the soda fountain, but the guy that took our order was clearly not in the mood. Maybe a bad day, but at least look like you care/​act friendly to customers.

Ordered 10 boneless, Nuclear Habanero hot. It wasn’t quite the heat level that I was looking for, it’s more vinegar-​y than pepper-​y. Guy who took order was very unenthusiastic.

First time, Nothing special. Walked in and ordered, was told it would be 10 minutes for my food– actually took 25 minutes. It’s a good thing they had sports center on to keep me occupied — although they could have turned on the heat, the place was freezing! Anyway, the wings were ok– they weren’t small as some people said but, they weren’t huge, either. Overall, the wings were ok, ive had similiar in many other places. The one thing i can say is that the kid that does the deliveries brought me my food with a little attitude and his pants hanging down around his ass– Not so classy.

Not worth the money or the 50 minute wait to pick up wings. Never walk in and order

I love wings, and this is my goto spot. Not sure what some of the negative reviews are about but I’ve ordered and picked up several times and it’s always a great experience. Wings are a perfect size with a variety of flavors to choose from.
If you’re in the mood for good wings, you won’t be disappointed.

Lots of flavor choices. But all they do is smoother chicken in breading and sauce and looks like a pile of mush. Not happy at all with this wing place. Go to Sharkys!

My cousin told me about this place. So being in the mood for wings one day, we roll up and go inside. Just remember, the side facing Market Street is not the entrance. It’s actually the back of the building. Don’t park on the side and try to enter through there, it’s locked.
So we finally get inside and my first thought is, it’s comfortable. You can eat in and watch a sports game (they had a few tvs), or you can place an order for pickup or delivery.
I will admit, I was a little thrown oft with their menu. While it’s simple to read now, it was confusing the heck out of me before. They have way too many wings to choose from, and their spice rating was what was throwing me off. I thought the food would be in order from the least spiciest to the spiciest, instead it was all mixed up and the ratings at the time were hard to understand.
They sell other food besides wings there, burgers and chicken sandwiches, as well as fries and nuggets.
Overall, the place seemed clean, the food was very good, and the staff assisted very well. I would definitely recommend this place.

This is the second time I have had an issue. I phoned in an order and when we went to pick up, my husband went in and gave them my name and what we ordered. The gentleman behind the counter could not find the order. My husband came out and I went in. When I went in, the man behind the counter found the order, the name was taken incorrectly, but why he could not find it for my husband was beyond me. Although he apologized several times, there was an attitude there. Customer service is either there or it’s not.

Love the boneless wings. The flavors are fantastic and they have some flavors that are very uncommon when talking about wing flavors. The only downside is that sometimes the wings can have a little too much breading on them. The prices are not bad at all and they size of the wings aren’t bad at all. The staff is somewhat friendly. Delicious! Got a flyer in the mail and wanted to try. Everyone was nice and helpful; good was delicious and hot and ready in 10 mins as promised. Highly recommend for something quick and when Buffalo wing craving needs to be satisfied!

The burger tastes ok. SMALL, specially for the price. Almost 8 dollars to get a burger, it doesn’t even come with cheese. And I don’t see a reason for wasting another container to put one leaf of lettuce, a slice of tomato and a slice of onions. There’s definitely better places to get better, bigger and more quality burgers than Wong zone. Will not order there again. What a rip off.

Buffalo, NY is 389 miles from Saddle Brook, NJ.. . but lack of competition should not be an excuse for poor quality.
The wings are tiny, they must buy the reject wings no other place will touch. For boneless wings, you get a cube of chicken barely larger than a quarter – and a good portion of that is breading.
The basic buffalo sauces are ok, one flavor, gets hotter depending on the level. There is little complexity to the flavor.
The other «flavors» fail at being different from each other. «Tokyo Dragon» and «Thai Chili» are far too similar. «Smokehouse Q» tastes like the buffalo with a little cheap BBQ thrown in. The garlic parm is a little different, but still not good.
For sides, the wedges are good, but get soggy as hell by the time you get home, and who wants to eat in this little hole-​in-​the wall? The shrimp are minuscule, so small all you taste is the breading. The mushrooms were the standard canned button mushrooms, generic breading, frozen in large batches and dumped into the fryer. Buy frozen mushroom apps at your local supermarket – its the same thing.
Prices are high to begin with, and more so when you look at portion size. The amount of blue cheese dressing wont be enough, and you pay rather a lot for extra packages.
If you have to have a fix, its ok. But there are better places for wings.

Meh. I’ve experienced better. That sure sums it up.
Wing Zone was part of our Chicken Wing throw down competition. Three different orders of chicken wings from three different establishments… have a blind taste test with us and seven 13 year old boys at my son’s birthday party/​sleepover.

These wings were so tiny and lacking meat compared to the other two competitors it was kinda of embarrassing. And I had such high hopes after the great reviews on Unilocal.
Third place out of three competitors. Everyone voted these worst wings. Sorry.

Love love love this place!!! So many varieties of fantastic flavors. If I’m looking for a standard wing, I’ve always gone for the medium Buffalo (now called the Buffalo Bliss, don’t know if the flavor has changed since the name change) which packs a good punch. Other flavors I’ve had are Bleu Buffalo, Thai Chili, Honey and Garlic Parm all very good. The wings are a good size, I usually do about 6 w/​onion rings or 10 alone, always on the bone.
