I brought a dress here to be altered and cleaned for my friends wedding. All they needed to do was take in some of the chiffon on the shoulders of the dress. When I picked it up the dress no longer fit. It wouldn’t even come close to closing. I think he took in the shoulders too much which moved the waist of the dress up. The dress had an 1″+ of extra fabric on both sides of the dress, and around the zipper. However they refused to touch it and refused to assist me in any way and repeatedly told me it couldn’t be fixed. Ironically when u dropped the dress off to have it altered they were having the same argument with a woman who needed her daughters softball uniform fixed. They were rude and argumentative with her too and I don’t know what possessed me to leave the dress there after that. The place is also FILTHY and they let their dog walk freely around all the clothes. I am so mad at myself for not walking out of there and for ever letting then touch the gown. Fast, reliable, and professional. I have no complaints with my suit, pants, and shirt. I will make a suggestion though, change that door chime! LOL Listen, in good fun, leave it… but to everyone that doesn’t want me to spoil what sound it makes, don’t read any further…
When you walk in or out, you either get that feeling that you either won something or stole it! You have a wooper going off. Now depending on how fast you cross that sensor, it stops. But as you’re passing through you can’t help but picture and hear in your head, a S.W.A.T team telling you to get down on the ground!

Reliable and reasonably priced (relatively speaking). They’re the best cleaners I’ve found locally, and they’re organic!
