Nail Plaza II

This place is scary. Came here because my other nail salon was closed. Polish selection and service are lacking.
Very impersonal lady used dirty nail files on me, never washed her hands before or during (I thought she was but instead was filling up a bowl of water to soak my hand in) and their sanitation is very questionable. The table felt dusty and dirty. It obviously wasn’t cleaned after the last client.
She put used tools right into the sterilizing cabinet without washing or soaking them first. Why do these places think the uv cabinet kills all the germs? I shudder when I think of where those tools have been before me.
One star bc the nails look ok and bc it’s impossible to give no stars. Let’s see how long they last.
If you are to come here. Bring your own file, nail buffer, tools etc or beware of germs they aren’t killing properly.

I used to come here regularly for my mani/​pedis. But I stopped because they are so eager to please the next customer in the door that they will sacrifice the experience of one customer just for volume. My last experience there I was having a pretty nice pedicure when all of a sudden a couple came in for mani/​pedis. I was just about to start my manicure when the gentleman asked how long the wait for him and his girlfriend would be. I don’t blame the new customer for asking and he even told the owner they would come back. My manicurist immediately jumped up to the owner, they exchanged some words and they started up the pedicure seats for the new customers. I thought that they were only going to start the pedicure baths for the new customers but then I was shocked to see my lady start a full on pedicure. Meanwhile I’m sitting waiting for the second time because I waited patiently for my pedicure. I decide to walk myself to the foot dryer and set timer for 10 minutes. Once my ten minutes were up I left and paid for pedicure only. The woman was very apologetic for not being able to do my manicure and asked that I should come back. I guess she didn’t get it. I’m not coming back ever you just lost a customer. And I’m a pretty decent tipper. Your sales strategy is completely wrong.

I am not too high maintenance and I don’t let the little things bother me, like the previous review. The place is clean, the ladies are nice, and they do a quick job. Sometimes they switch people on me, like if I want a gel manicure and the lady who did my pedicure doesn’t do them… but this doesn’t bother me much. I hate to wait, so I always make appointments. So for me they are a great salon.

Worst nail salon ever! I came here to have my fake nails removed. I was happy in the beginning when a new customer came in and wanted a manicure. The lady doing my nails got up and attended the new customer. I waited for a long time. She didn’t come back to me to finish my nails. Instead the other lady finished me off. I was so frustrated because the new customer that just came in finished before me. I was thinking of not giving tip but I did anyways. I’m not coming back to this place.
