Ground Jet Limousine and Car Service

Just used Ground Jet for third year in a row while going on my yearly cruise out of New York.
Driver picks me up in Saddle Brook gets me to the City in plenty of time, always very pleasant
and always on time in both directions. Would not even want to look for another Limo Company they are # 1 in my book.

Emailed a few places for a car service from NJ to NYC after a wedding weekend. The car was very nice with water waiting and a friendly driver. The backend staff who booked the trip was very easy to deal with and provided a single all in price (tax tip tolls) that made things much easier. They were also by far the best priced option. Would definitely use them again

. Price4limo has been really helpful since the incident but Ground Jet Limousine was terrible.
The price that was quoted on the phone was argued when the driver arrived. The driver was rude and also used threatening language. We called into the company and a Manny spoke with us and clarified the cost and that about $ 75 was going to be tip. We paid everything but tip upfront because service had started off terribly and we didn’t imagine it getting any better.
When we arrived at the destination, the driver demanded his his $ 75. We explained that the service was bad and we didn’t feel the need to tip. I called back into the main line for the company and Manny answered again. I assumed speaking to someone at corporate would have been a calm conversation to clarify any confusion. Manny yelled at me, told me he wished he «had never picked us up», he couldn’t «understand why after paying a few hundred dollars that we didn’t want to pay another $ 75». I spoke calmly but Manny was rude and clearly not made for customer service.
There was a lot more drama associated with that night but overall I was very disappointed in the experience and the fact that calling into the main line didn’t have someone who wanted to professionally handle a customer issue.
Bottom line. Don’t bother.
