I bought a prelude SH there. it was in mint condition but 3 weeks later the reverse was not working at all and the very day I bought the car, the front right headlight was not working so I came in for them to fix it and they said fixed it but the next day it wouldn’t work again. I suggest you buy a warranty because I didn’t and it was a mistake. don’t ever buy a used car without a warranty, you’ll regret it. over all, Z Auto sells swooped up cars and everything and don’t really check it. It’s on you to check the whole car and make sure you don’t miss a detail. They sell really good cars, but unless you have money don’t buy from there.

was driving to buy a car from them when my timing belt broke, my wife, 2 twin baby boys and I called from the side of the hi-​way let them know our situation, they said they would hold the car for a few days until we could get a ride down. i asked them to email me that, they said OK. the next day i received no email so i emailed them from work with no reply. soon as i came home from work i gave them a call, they said «the car was sold, well the deal is not done yet so you still have a chance»
with that i said «thanks for nothing» and i agree with the other comment «does not even deserve 1 star»

This place does not even deserve 1 star! Don’t ever buy a car here. I totally got ripped off. The driver side window broke 4 days later, the back window on the passenger’s side works at will. The gas cover did not work properly, my friend had to fix it. There was a blinking light near the brake pedal, so I asked if an alarm had been installed, the guy LIED and said no! I got my oil changed at Honda and they old me it was an alarm! I have to open the passenger’s side to get in my freaking car because the freaking driver’s side keyhole only works ocassionally, meaning I have to stick the key in, take it out, repeat a million times before it will unlock if it unlocks at all! Don’t ever buy a car here! This place is extremely dishonest & do not care for their cars! While test driving the sales guy had to stop at a gas station because the car was at E (empty)! I hope they go under! I was totally inexperience and they totally took advantage of that, so learn from my horrible mistake and don’t buy from this crap of a place.
