**** UPDATE 7÷7÷15 — what a nightmare!!! Wyatt didn’t add the appropriate language to safeguard my Special Needs uncle’s interests now that we have a disgruntled beneficiary!!! My uncle is rolling over In his grave — his primary concern was to take care of his brother! This attorney should be ashamed of himself! I think I’ll call the Bar about this.****

Brian did a living trust for my wife and me seven years ago. We recently came back for an update when our family circumstances changed (had kids). Brian has a reputation for doing some of the best trust work in town, and we’ve appreciated his experienced advice when it comes to making the right decisions for our loved ones. There is a lot of peace of mind that comes from working with Brian. He’s easy to talk to and has been extremely responsive to us through the years. He also does the actual drafting of his clients’ documents. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone you can trust. We know that we and our kids are in good hands!

Brian (a father himself) spoke at a moms’ group I attend about how to make sure as parents of little ones that we’ve prepared well in the case of an unfortunate event. His presentation was not specific to his personal practice, but he was so helpful and informative that our family decided to go to him to get an estate plan in order for our family. I’d also heard from another mom that she and her husband had used his services and been impressed.
Brian was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and did not seem to mind explaining something a second time if I got confused. All the bases were covered.
I feel much better knowing that our kids will be well taken care of should one or both of us become injured.
I’ve recommended Brian to quite a few friends, and I’m confident of his work. Getting an estate plan takes quite a bit of work, and it isn’t cheap, but I’m glad we did it.

Brian Wyatt drew up a revocable trust for us, along with the necessary paperwork for property. (The client is responsible for changing bank accounts and the like). He did a good job at a reasonable price. Of course I have died yet, so I can’t judge how the trust works in practice, but I’m hoping for the best.
