Wing Stop

Normally decent service. When dealing with a major event, this location is awful and lacks prioritization. Super Bowl Sunday, it seems to happen every year… there has to be a better method of ordering and pick up. Placed an order for 75 wings 2 days prior to Super Bowl Sunday online and paid. Had to wait in line for 40 minutes-that’s is already anticipating 1pm pick up time… did not get my order until reached the front of the line, after went in serval times asking which is the line for online prepaid orders. Staff were not at all apologetic and no comps were given. Left with lukewarm wings.
Corporate needs to come up with a better system overall to handle such volume on I’m sure is the busiest day of the year.

Place closes at midnight but was out on chicken wings, only had boneless… For a «wing» place to run out is kinda whack… If I wanted boneless would have just gone to McDonald’s to get chicken nuggets. And ready in 14 minutes, didn’t happen.

Finger licking good, employees are usually a delight. Always fun to get a spread of different flavors during their Monday and Tuesday special.

The only reason I’m giving it one star is because it was the Tuesday special — boneless wings only 60 cents each. I got mine with the memphis bbq sauce.
Having said that, I also ordered a Coke and cheesy fries. They SAY they serve Coca-​Cola, but that was NOT Coca-​Cola out of the fountain. I have worked in the carnival business for 40 years and I know non-​coke syrup when I taste it. They ask if you would like dipping sauce with your wings. Duh! Of course! They neglect to tell you there is a charge of 79 cents until after the fact. The cheesy fries were limp, soggy, tasted dirty and were cold. I asked for a refund. My refund should have been $ 3.45. She gave me $ 3.36. I gave up and quit while I was ahead.
My friend ordered her wings with half lemon pepper dry rub and half memphis bbq sauce. She got half lemon pepper dry rub and half some other dry rub. They did give her the correct order, but instead of letting her keep the wrong ones they threw them in the trash. Really?

This is the good wing stop. All the others are not worth your time or money. I didn’t mean to review this one I meant to review another. So since I can’t delete a review just gonna go ahead and give it four stars.

Wing Stop is ridiculous! I can’t even get free dipping sauce, not even a little small container that they normally give out of sauce and my order was over $ 60. Are you all lunatics? You rather get .79 cents for some dipping sauce than give a sauce or two for an order over $ 60.00 That’s exactly why I cancelled my order. You all are rip-​offs.

Good wings, my favorite is garlic Parmesan and regular buffalo. The prices are a bit high. Friendly staff.

I’ve been to plenty of Wingstops in Sacramento, and this by far is the worst one. I went there on a Sunday at around 10:30 PM and it was a mess inside. So many tables were empty with trash all on them, I can understand you can become busy, but when I arrived, it was pretty slow, and especially at around that time. On to my order, a simple 10 piece original hot bone in. I also wanted to use a coupon I got from RetailMeNot for a free order of fries, but apparently they don’t accept coupons from RetailMeNot, so then why the hell is it on that website then? For charming good looks? I was given a time frame on when my wings would be done, 15 minutes, OK not bad, so I thought, there’s only one more person in front of me so I should be out quick… Yeah didn’t happen.
While waiting for my order I like to observe how the employees act and what they do, they are very slow at what they do, and sometimes don’t even know what to do. I swear, one of the guys mopping the floor literally mopped until even after I got my order, which was 30 minutes, NOT 15. Then one employee was on their phone, their own cell phone mind you, while taking someone’s order, who does that? Apparently they do. Then one female and male employee kept touching all over each other, giggling like it was cute… and why would I want all your hot and botheredness all over my food again? I mean seriously, nobody can wait to do that at home anymore?
Poor atmosphere and employees, the only good I got out of it, was when I came home with a 20 piece at a 10 piece price. But then again, they don’t pay attention, and I deserved to be reimbursed after all that crap at that location.

Great food. Most of the workers there are pleasant. The only thing is that they sometimes mess up on phone orders that have to do with adding extra wings.

Food here is great, pricing is reasonable, dining area is clean with a large HDTV… but the customer service can be better.
My faves are the bone-​in wing; flavors original hot and garlic parm. They are cooked just right, with the right amount of crispy exterior and sauce. I also like the potato salad. It has big chunks of potato and a distinct mild sweet tangy taste.
Customer service: This afternoon, when i came in around 4 pm; they had only 2 staff. The gal that took my order only gave me $ 6 back in change (all $ 1 bills) when it should have been $ 9. I quickly pointed this out as she was walking away. I want to believe that this was a honest mistake, not premeditated thievery. Also the 2 gals are not friendly but not rude. They are matter of fact; with only the 2 of them, they manned the till, took phone and internet orders, cooked the food, and bussed the dining area. They were getting it done.
5 stars for the food and 3 stars for the service= 4 star overall rating.

I love this place. Wings take more than 6 minutes to make. If you want premade wings go to Buffalo Wild Wings and shush.
The music here is so good so if they turn it up a notch I’m not even mad… Wings are so good, fries are fresh. Bathrooms are super clean.

Lemon pepper wings are sooooo good. Just be patient. Fresh made wings have to take some time. I’ve tried making their wings at home. It doesn’t work. Not even half as satisfying. Good place.

This place is great! The food is great. And the manager, I believe his name is George, IS AWESOME! This wing stop location has been consistently good to me and if you love wings or are just lookin for a quick bite stop by.

I stopped by with my friend and ordered the family pack, comes with thirty wings, fries, three sauces and an order of vegetable sticks.
We decided to split the check, me paying 20 and her paying 10. We made this very clear to the cashier and even handed him one card at a time… But, he confused the amounts. I brushed it off but he made no attempt to rectify his mistake. Otherwise he was very nice.
About the food:
The Parmesan garlic wings had way too much Parmesan in my opinion. They were coated in layers of it and we’re sitting on a bed of Parmesan. The lemon pepper wings had good flavor, but the chicken itself was pretty dry.
I’m one of hose weirdos who like the veggie sticks, and I was disappointed to find we only got a few flimsy little pieces of celery and less than one carrot worth of carrot… So. Sad. I posted a picture of our order… Probably won’t be coming back.

I definitely would not recommend this specific location to anyone. I went there about 4 times, 3 times out of that they got my order wrong. Every time I would tell them what was wrong they never apologized, and seemed as though they were annoyed to fix it. This one Latina girl that works there’s always gives me attitude. And the chicken is always super dry there.

Super wings esp. the garlic parmesan and the Lousiana Rub. Fries are quite tasty also with a kinda sugary salty seasoning.

Great tasting wings better than Buffalo Wild but they’re small. So 4 stars not 5.

Came here yesterday for a quick bite. I ordered the Louisiana rub wings (bone in), fries and a roll. I’m not sure about all of the bad customer service reviews but the group that was working Sunday 05/​18/​2014 at 6:30 pm were great. The young man who took my order was pleasant and very friendly.
While I was waiting for my food, I decided that I wanted to try a cookie. The young lady who took my order for that was nice and quick. She realized that I had been waiting a little longer than usual for my food and went to check on it. She was polite and apologized for the wait; said they were waiting on fresh fries.
I got my food and left, was almost home an realized I forgot my drink! I called back and let them know I would be coming right back to pick it up. The young girl who answered said no problem and just let them know what I needed when I got there. I walked up to the side counter and the was given my drink without any hassle.
Overall, it was a great experience. My food was tasty and hot. (the wings were pretty small but that’s not the workers fault), the flavor of everything was spot on!
I’ll be back for sure!!!

The service here it’s horrible! I went here on a Friday night expecting it to be busy. Not expecting rude service, lazy employees and someone SPRAY PAINTING the wall in the dining area where several families were eating.
While I was there, I saw several unhappy customers even someone verbally telling the girl at the front that they need to work on customer service. At first I felt bad for the girl but then when I asked for some lemon for my tea she referred me to the bin of dried up ends left behind. I said that these aren’t really lemons I could use. She then replied «well I have to go cut some up»…, DUHH! Why are you telling me that you actually have to do your job?! I said never mind because I just figured she was having a rough night and didn’t want to bother her.
But this is where I vow to never go to wing stop ever again even it was the last place on earth. While waiting in the dining area when it was busy as hell. An employee thought it would be a good idea to start spray painting the walls!!! Genius!!! Why don’t you go ahead and try to poison everyone waiting for your food while you treat them with your horrible customer service!!! I had to ask them to change my order to go. And when I got home after the experience I got I didn’t even feel like eating. But the wings were shitty anyway. Thanks for everything wing stop.
When trying to get a hold of a supervisor I got to speak to EBERLE. Who was just not the smartest person in the world. It seems like a trend for employees there. I told her what happened about the spray paint in the dining area when it was packed in there. She told me that the TV’s got stolen the night before and they had to cover up the area where it was ripped out. REALLY?! That’s going to be your response? Not sorry I don’t know what he was thinking nothing. She was dumb enough to defend this behavior. And when asked to speak to a general manager she referred me to George which has not gotten back to me since this whole thing started 2 weeks ago. Way to go wing stop. I will tell everyone not to come hear for the sake of their well being and sanity.

Dined in yesterday night at 11:20’ish bc I didn’t want to stay home for my 18^th birthday. The wait for two meals for two was reasonable but since we went late, we got all the leftover fries which was really salty and soggy. Wings were delicious and fresh but next time… don’t feed your customers what you wouldn’t eat in the first place. -.-

I love the lemon pepper chicken! That’s like the only flavor I would be willing to pay for here. The reason I don’t come here often is because when I think about food, I’m already hungry BUT wing stop would make me wait for 30 – 45 minutes for my order! Sometimes you just can’t wait! I get cranky when I get super hungry and so does my stomach! It literally growls at everyone! LOL
If their ordering system becomes miraculously better, I would probably come by for wings more frequently.
