Wetzel’s Pretzels

Every time I come here I am always disappointed by their customer service. I always hope that next time they will be different, but NOPE. The employees need more training. Pretzels are decent but customer service SUCKS.

This place does not care how long people wait in line. They should train their employees some skills on how to treat customers let alone see who is next in line instead of taking ppl who just showed up. Whatever happened to common courtesy? I took my money elsewhere where it’s more appreciated.

We were out and about shopping at Arden Fair Mall this past weekend and Wetzel’s Pretzels is our normal go to in terms of snacking for our little one when we’re walking around. Their pretzel dog is what she likes to munch on but it’s always hit or miss in terms of the pretzel bread; it’s either way under cooked and still a bit soggy or it’s over cooked and burned crispy on the outside. Their frozen fruit lemonades are really tart which she loves so we keep coming back whenever we’re shopping at Arden.

Soft pretzels goodness? More like hard pretzels. I’m sad to say that when I came here, both my friend and I were thoroughly disappointed in the quality of their pretzels that day. I got the sour cream and onion gourmet pretzel and not only was it too crunchy to my liking, it also wasn’t flavored that well. I can understand if Target’s pretzels are subpar, but this place should be making every bite a step more into a doughy heaven.
Three stars because I’ve definitely had better experiences at Wetzel’s, but regardless, it’s still not yet the best out there.

Wetzel’s Pretzels is hands down my favorite pretzel shop. I do enjoy all pretzels in general, but Wetzel’s never lets me down. Their pretzels always taste fresh whether it’s beginning or the end of the day. At other pretzel shops, I’ve gotten a few burnt pretzels before.
Today I went with an order of Wetzel Bites, only $ 3.99! The bag is huge and pretzel pieces are juicy and fresh. I could probably eat 3 bags in one sitting…
Every time I come to the mall, I have to get a pretzel! I’m so glad they opened up this new location downstairs. I think they have a great location next to Jamba Juice and Starbucks. Wetzel’s also has another kiosk upstairs next to Lids!
