Patient beware! This medical office and physician is a disaster. The office staff is unbelievably rude and unprofessional and frankly Dr. Warner should consider retiring. I went to Dr, Warner for bio identical hormone pellets and my very expensive pellets popped painfully out of my skin two weeks after insertion. I called the office and he told me to throw them away and not to expect a refund. I’ve been a pellet user for eight years with Dr Tutarro and not once did my pellets fall out. There are so many hormone Dr’s in the San Francisco North Bay area just please go somewhere else.

I’ve been meaning to write a review for Dr Warner. I’m so thankful I found him a few years ago. He has helped me so much by prescribing the right dose of thyroid medication based on my symptoms and not just a lab result. He is caring and truly listens. Exceptional doctors are hard to find, and he is one of them.
