Never answer phone, never open when they say they are on website. I had to call over and over to reach someone to make a return. Very unprofessional and inconsistent!

Disappointed. They had little selection of both clothing and jewelry, and the customer service sucked. The girl didn’t acknowledge I was there. She didn’t ask if I needed help. She was too busy chatting with another girl, which I assume was her friend because they were gossiping. I wouldn’t go back.

I bought a dress and they sent me the wrong size and wrong dress, when I tried to contact them to return it for the correct one they ignored all of my phone calls, messages, facebook posts and instagram posts. Extremely disappointed in lack of customer service.

I’ve been in the store once. I walked in and both clerks were sitting on the couch eating lunch. They barely said a word to me. I won’t be going back despite the fact that I think they have cute clothes.

Not that impressed. Some cute stuff. Prices were reasonable but selection was slim and accessories bare. Was expecting more.

One of a kind boutique in the Sacramento area. A class act. Fashion at it’s finest. I always find an amazing outfit or must-​have piece of jewelry or handbag every time I go there. I get so many compliments on my unique and fashionable finds from Violet Muse. The staff is always so friendly and helpful whether I’m looking for that perfect outfit for a special occasion or a memorable gift for a friend.
I also love following their Instagram account and keeping updated on all of the new arrivals and sales/​promotions.

So this place is seriously my favorite place to shop. It’s stylish, it’s classy, it’s so up-​to-​date with what’s going on in the fashion world.
Moving up to Sacramento from SoCal I was skeptical of the fashion scene here… i was pleasantly shocked seeing how well the owner has made sure the store is up to par with what’s fresh and new clothing wise also with the way the stylist help you pick something out for an event or just simply being nice and helpful showing me around was impressive to me!
I would rather save my money and spend a little more at violet for one on one customer service (styling me), a more quiet yet spunky place to shop and not mention quality clothing and jewelry, then shop at the mall for cheap things that will break or rip!

I started following this boutique on Instagram a few months ago, and from looking at the pictures of what they get in I thought it’d be a great place to shop. It looked like they offer a lot of trendy jewelry and clothing so I decided to check them out.
The parking lot is very tiny and it may be difficult to find a spot, especially with temple coffee in the same complex.
I walked into the store and started browsing the racks. I saw that there were two associates in the back looking at clothing. I don’t even think they noticed I walked in. A few more minutes into browsing one lady said hi and went back to picking out an outfit for her coworker. I browsed for a couple more minutes and started to walk out, no goodbye or any kind of acknowledgement from the associates.
I don’t think i would come back here. The clothing selection was ok. There wasn’t anything very eye catching. The jewelry was cute but didn’t seem like it was quality jewelry. If I’m paying their prices I would expect it to not feel cheap like forever 21 jewelry. It could be better if the associates acknowledge and talk to their customer. The store isn’t that big so I’m sure they could notice when someone walks into their store.

Really cute clothes for women in their twenties through their 50’s. Only thing is that I wish their website was updated.

Love this place. It is truly a Hidden Gem in Sacramento. Whenever I get an outfit from here I get a ton of compliments and always get asked where I get my outfits from. A lot of the clothing is unique and fashionable, so you won’t find anyone else walking around wearing the same outfit, which I love, cause that can be embarrassing. I stopped shopping at Bebe and Macy’s for that reason alone and the prices are comparable, if not better than Mall Prices. By far my go to place to shop.

Very trendy articles of clothing to fit the needs of upper class women. I liked what I saw but it doesn’t fit my style. I think it fits in the category of urban chic. I’d say the age range is mid twenties to early thirties. Beautiful quality clothes, nice location, well lit. And very friendly service. The prices are on the higher end, but worth it for the quality of garments your purchasing. It’s too bad I’m just not into this style of clothing.

Awesome customer service and convenient location. Very cute boutique with a variety of unique goodies (clothing, handbags, jewelry). It’s the only place I shop now.
