This guy may smoke inside the shop, he may not be the most precise barber in the world, and he may be a little weird even, but this is what the whole experience of a barber shop IS. If you want to pay over $ 30 for some lady (or not) to work your little rug for 45 minutes and you feel like you got a deal, go to one of the hundreds of salons around Sac — pick a corner really, but this Vic’s place is good enough, chill enough and cheap enough if you are not looking to be a poser. Quick and easy… and no one trying to sell you crap you don’t need. Pretty cool. A man’s place, not a little softy fake poser shop.

The guy who cut my hair was nice. Talked football with him because there was Raiders stuff all over the walls. He smokes inside the shop so if you don’t like that I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.
As for the haircut it was very sub-​par, longer in the back than in the front and my bangs were uneven (of course I always notice that stuff after i get home). I’ll find somewhere else to go next time.

Not a bad place, if you dont mind a no frills barber shop. The guy that cut my hair did a good job. Go in there and support your local barbers!
