Top Nails

Cindy is always so sweet! I went yesterday at about 6:30 & she was getting ready to close up shop. She was so sweet about it! And Is always so welcoming!

I hate to do this but unfortunately I have come after the stores posted opening hours and no one was there completely locked up! I spoke to Cindy about it the first time and she asked me to call if it happens again so I did and no answer! I waited over 15 minutes each time and no one showed over 30minutes after posted opening times. guis is very bad business and I’m sad to say I will not be returning anymore! If you get them while they are there though they are a great group of beauty techs and very clean inside

Let me preface that I REALLY REALLY wanted to like Nancy and her work. We were talking about life and she seemed like a very nice person. I really wanted to like her (especially after she told me how hard it was to make a buck in the nail business), but there’s no way around it… my manicure was awful. If I had to base my entire review on Nancy’s personality alone, she would probably get a 3 star because she’s sweet and personable. But sadly, her work isn’t as great as she seems to be. I had a full set done for $ 23 dollars (discounted because she felt bad for spending 2 hours on it). I was happy with the price, but when all was done… my nails were lopsided, filled with ugly air bubbles and poorly painted. I heard the other, older woman there is the more experienced and better manicurist, but she was busy at the time and she pushed me to Nancy. At the time, I figured this place didn’t have any bad reviews, so I thought it meant everyone there was great. I was wrong. A total waste of money.
If you do go here, I recommend asking (and waiting) for the older manicurist. I saw the work she did for another client and it looked flawless. Mine looked like a rookie did it in 10 minutes… which is sad considering I sat there for a little over 2 hours.
Summary Statement: Heard great things about Top Nails and decided to try them out. I wanted the older manicurist (that everyone recommended) but got pushed over to another woman named Nancy that spend 2 hours giving me an ugly manicure. This review is specifically for Nancy at Top Nails. I have yet to try the other employees work and will update if I ever do.

Today was my second time at Top Nails. My first experience was a spontaneous decision on a rainy day. My mom, a friend and I found Top Nails through Unilocal. It was a stormy day and the ladies were able to get all three of us in immediately! The service was excellent! We got the deluxe pedicures. And, we all left feeling like we got the royal treatment from the nail techs! We went back today and again, were immediately accommodated. I highly recommend Top Nails!

Took 2 of my friends for pedicures on a holiday and they were able to accomodate all 3 of us at the same time on short notice. Great selection of color choices. My manicurist was very gentle and thorough. The scrub and mask felt amazing followed by an even better foot massage. Highly recommended!!!
