Great place. Andrew and Pam are fairly new to managing this facility, due to problems with previous managers I believe (probably the reason for Rebecca’s post). They are professional and friendly, and offer great specials from time to time, so be sure to check with them as they’re always changing. We stored an RV there for 8 or 9 months and were very happy with the facility and the price for covered storage. It beat every other one we checked by 50%!! The grounds are patrolled after hours by «Precious» the dog, who isn’t so precious if she finds an intruder behind the gates when they’re not supposed to be! If we ever need storage in Sacramento again we will definitely come back. Great price, great people and great location!

After less than a year with them, my rate has been raised 5 times, about once every 2 months. Ridiculous!
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
There are upsides and downsides to renting here:
Pluses: the units are cheap, even the large ones, staff is pretty friendly and helpful, a staff member lives on the storage facility premises so your stuff is «watched» all the time
Minuses: kind of limited hours compared to other facilities, I had problems with my rental checks not being credited on time (and thus making me pay a late fee).
As bad as the minuses have been, a huge storage unit for only $ 41 a month balances them out.
