My review is brief because I have been unable book an appointment. I have called several times in the past week, but the voicemail is always full. I sent a message through the website, no response. Is the House of Dolls still in business?

I’m not gonna say a lot. Just look at my pics. All I was asking it’s to cut my hair a few inches just straight. Nothing special. She made me a curls right after a haircut to distract me from the terrible made job.

Tia did an awesome job. She took her time. Going in I felt a little apprehensive. A new stylist, new place. But Tia makes u feel comfortable. And she really listens to what you want to do with your hair. She gives you her honest opinion and expert advise, something a lot of stylist aren’t too confident in doing. On the whole it was a good experience. I came out of there with my hair bouncing and lots of layers. I love the look. Definately going back.

Tia was cool. She reminded me of Gabrielle Union and one of my favorite movies has Gabrielle Union. hello, Bring It On.
It’s a small suite. Enough room for one person to work. She offers you an adult beverage and conversates with you. R&B played during my appointment and the window out to 16th Street gives you something to look at. You’re directly across Pronto and Uncle Vito’s.
The whole thing was okay. I went for a cut. It could be better, could be worse. Like, I don’t love it nor do I hate it. She was a doll though.

I went to Tia today to brighten my blond. She did an awesome job!!! She also gave me layers the way I wanted them unlike other people I’ve been to in the area. She was quick and professional. I had my 2 year old and she helped keep him calm and happy. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

The owner Tia is amazing! My hairs is as blonde as it gets and getting me to a platinum blonde level while keeping my hair health is NEARLY IMPOSSABLE! My hair feels and looks so good! I will never go to anyone else, she really knows what she is doing!

The first time i came to Tia (owner) my hair was a mess she works wonders!!! Had me swinging my hair from left to right!!! I even brought my daughter back for a little something new… i refer all my family and friends to her, for any event or JUST BECAUSE!!!
