We had this Guy «Ryan» come to fix our computer which the operating system was fouled. A red flag arose when he arrived without a lap top computer, and needed to take our hard drive to his house. He had many discs, and was very nice so we let him take the hard drive. He came back earlier than expected because he «went to a friends house to borrow a computer» but it didn’t work? then my friend came over, he asked her if she had a computer, she allowed him to borrow her laptop to fix our computer. after $ 120 and 4 hrs our computer seemed to be working. after 24 hrs the computer started developing the «same issues» it had before we had it fixed, when we called him he said «well, it sounds like something different so if it is I will have to charge you for my services» At that point we have decided to decline him to come and consider it a lesson learned. I hope to save someone else from spending good money, for not good service.
