After two different companies came to fix an issue I had with a Life Fitness Elliptical machine, Life Fitness finally sent out Alex of TEK Standard to give it a shot. Unlike the other two service technicians who came out, Alex quickly and completely fixed the issue with my machine. He was able to not only fix the issue with my machine, but was also able to fix another issue that was arose by the constant dismantling and reassembling of the machine by the other two previous technicians who were unable to fix the problem and left me hanging. Alex really knew his stuff! Thank you Alex for all your hard work and for your knowledge of the fitness equipment you service and repair. Don’t look any farther, Alex from TEK STANDARD is your man.

I love writing reviews when they are easy to do. There are few techs in San Jose and none of them wanted to service my machine and made me feel like I wasn’t worth their time, they kept giving me outrageous quotes without even looking at it. I got a hold of Alex and he was ready, willing and able to drive down to my area and help me get my machine up and running. He was on time, super professional, courteous and thorough. I definitely will use him again if my elliptical starts acting up again.
I like young business men who have a lot of integrity to care about customers.

Wow, is all I have to say. Alex shows up on-​time, is professional, worked on two pieces of equipment, completed service in under an hour, was more thorough than ANY OTHER SERVICE TECHNICIAN I have previously contracted with to do maintenance and repair. I love this guy and how he is so responsive to my needs.
