Wow! I had no idea getting a haircut could be so therapeutic! Thanks to Cody I got my hair EXACTLY the way I wanted it but better lol. He really knows his stuff and when I go in to supercuts to get my hair cut again, I will see him and only him. If he isn’t working that day I’ll return once he is there. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional haircut, and if you’re unsure how you want your hair. Just ask for Cody, he will hook you up

I believe (95% sure) this is the super cuts my boyfriend and I went to for haircuts! I had whom I believe is named Breshayla and my boyfriend had who I think was maybe Chris (he is like trendy kind of indie hipster and blonde and this was a few days ago). They were both good and a very particular (aka super rude) guy there kind of freaked put on them and they were both graceful and professional under pressure so good job! So overall excellent job! :)

Today Austin got his hair cut by his barber Cody at Supercuts on Sutterville and Freeport. Cody is amazing with Austin (Autistic) and treats him like he is another lil kid getting his hair cut. But last time we got him a gift card to Big spoon yogurt for doing a good job on his hair and I make sure he is tipped very well. Today Austin got a toy/​candy from Cody and he told Austin that he was his good luck charm, and did his hair nicely for pictures. I told Cody that we wouldn’t know what to do if he stopped working at Supercuts, so he gave me his personal number just in case!!! Customer service at its finest!!!

I’ve been to this location several times now and I’ve gotten my hair cut by three different people and each one did a fantastic job. Today I went in without an appointment and there was one person ahead of me. The wait was very minimal and they took great care of me. I brought my 11-​year-​old daughter in for a major cut — she had long hair and wanted to go to a pixie cut. Cody did a GREAT job — asked her a lot of questions to make sure he understood exactly what she wanted, and Keith checking in with her throughout. The cut looks great!

When they’re for a last minute hair cut. Cody was more than professional! He went far and beyond with my hair, I was not a fan of Salons due to previous bad experience but that has change thanks to Cody. If you need a hair cut I highly recommend Cody he is great!

Horrible service. The one decent employee, Cody, was cutting a clients hair. No one else was waiting. 2 female employees, one I believe to be the manager, did not acknowledge the fact that I had been waiting for 45 minutes. Horrendous customer service. I give Cody the one star, while he worked his own manager and coworker did absolutely nothing.

Went with my teen daughter to get our hair cut. Heather did a great job. She was fast, helpful, and efficient and really knew what she was doing. More importantly, she has great listening skills and helped us find a style that suited our face and was exactly what we were looking for. And when my daughter realized what she has asked for wasn’t exactly what she wanted, Heather went out of her way to fix her style a couple days later and now my baby girl is all smiles.

I always go to the SuperCuts in Elk Grove… apparently I should have this time. Told a 20 minute wait. Waited over an hour for my son’s haircut which usually takes 5 – 10 minutes (but took 25 this time cause the girl didn’t know what she was doing). We would have left except we had waited so long as it was & my son really needed a trim. Girls working were not attentive to people waiting. Never coming back to this one. Horrible customer service… horrible service period!

I walked in at 615 on Saturday April 11th. I was told there was an hour wait time, but nobody was sitting in the lobby. I offered to wait and then was told Oh Well we close at 7. Ok… Next time ill go elsewhere to get my 5 minute trim job on my hair.

I’ve always had a good experience. Shelly is awesome with my hair and my sons. Only reason for thee 4 stars is I went in one time for just my sons, and his hair cut was wretched. Lol. Almost looked like a bowl cut slash fade hacked with a uneven line. Not the salons fault just a girl that couldn’t do fades was the only one available. She’s probably great at other styles. Just not this kind. A sweet little Mexican gal. Lol. I didn’t care. Just a learning lesson to just let Shelly and this other really nice girl (Ashley I think?) that knows my hair and my sons to cut it.

Okay, this place is exactly what it is, a mass marketed hair salon. They have reasonable prices and are very friendly. I will say I had an appointment at 11am but waited A LOT longer than I thought I would have, I did make an appointment…
However the only other issue I have, this parking lot is stupid. I seriously think they just make parking lots to make drivers angry… which is not required…

Another five stars for Ashley and this Supercuts. I took my two year old son here for his first hair cut (after way too many people commented about what a beautiful girl he was) and she was amazing with him. He cried, he hated it, but she STILL managed to cut his hair and get his bangs out of his eyes.

I went to Supercuts a while ago and had the best time and walked away looking and feeling the way I wanted before I walked in the door. I’ve been happy with Supercuts and have gone to several locations in Sacramento. The staff have always seemed friendly on the phone and in the salon. I think the key can be to always call first to get your name on the list, and of course, be nice, patient, and tip well. During the last few years, I have asked for one stylist when I call in, and have gone to the Supercuts locations where she has worked. She now works at the Stone Pointe location, I believe is the manager, and is an outstanding stylist. Her name is Vanessa. I am glad there is now a Supercuts in the neighborhood, and right next to Chipotle too.
