I was having tons of trouble with and the customer service online so I walked into sunglass hut today to get some help. Assad stepped up and showed me the best customer service I’ve ever had there, way more than I expected! He took care of everything and gave me everything I wanted and made my trip there a breeze. Thank you again! I will be returning in the future!

This is the worst sunglass hut ! Do not purchase glasses from here. The employees are rude. They get crabby when you try to return something. They are never at the counter. I absolutely dislike them!

We had been shopping all day and on our way to our car when we passed this store on our way out the entrance. As we walked in the lady on the counter was busy helping a customer, but she did acknowledged us. It’s a tiny store, but very efficient. We started to check out their sunglasses. For a tiny store… it seemed like there’s sooooo many choices!!! Lol. Another person came out of the office and started giving us choices. They had more stock in back. Great lady with an eye for perfection! My better half ended up picking up a sweet pair of Maui Jim’s! I guess times have changed. Our old pair was 27 years old and was still in great condition. Technology has passed us on! These new pair really did the trick! Wore it home and I was told it really blocked the sun out! As for the two ladies working… they were extremely nice and helpful. Knocked off a star for being so darn expensive and no sale price. Especially when Mother’s Day being around the corner. Not even a free eye glass cleaning kit. You get that when you buy prescription ones! Not the worker’s fault. The store should give customer appreciation type of thing! If there had been some sort of a price break… We would have bought a second pair! Oh well!

I had purchased some sunglasses at a sunglasses hut in Southern CA and scratched them on my way to Sacramento. I asked the clerk at this store if I could trade them in for a replacement pair under their 90 day warranty. She told me that I’d need to pay half the price of a new pair and that there is no full refund under the 90 day warranty. She was very abrupt and snotty when we spoke. So I waited until I got home and took the sunglasses back to the Sunglasses hut where I bought them and received A FREEREPLACEMENTPAIR, no questions asked. My advice, go to Southern CA for sunglasses. Definitely not this place!

Everytime I come into this place everyone has been very helpful. I came in one day in search for a specific type of framework by Ray Bans. They checked through their system and couldn’t find the product because it had been discontinued. They could of easily told me they didn’t have and offered me something similar. Yet I was firm with what I wanted. They went above and beyond in calling other Sunglass Huts to help me save time and gas in my search. Fortunately for me they did find the pair at a different store. They offered two options have it get sent over to that sunglass hut and it taking the next day to get there or I can get the item placed on hold go to them. Sure enough I went to this other location and made the purchase there. I found what I wanted and was very satisfied with their service. After purchasing my new pair of Ray Bans I felt like I bought the last pair on Earth after much search through the web and other sunglass stores.

This place rocks! On Easter, I woke up to find that I had misplaced my sunglasses. I always put them in the same place and couldn’t imagine where they must be. I searched high and low and no sunglasses! I braved the blinding sunlight without my shades. I realized that I must have left them at work the night before. That’s the only place they could be! Of course, I had to lose them on a day when all the stores were closed for Easter. I was ready to buy a new pair anyway. I got through 24hrs without my sunglasses and luckily found my Maui Jim’s at work as I thought. However, I decided that that CAN’T happen again and that I must have a backup pair. I remembered that I had 2 gift cards that I got for Christmas 2010 and decided to visit here, after work. I was instantly greeted by a happy sales rep. She took notice as soon as I entered the store, even thought there were other customers she was already helping. She engaged in conversation with me and made me feel welcome. I had an idea of what I wanted but wasn’t sure. She made it quick and painless and helped me make a decision by asking investigative questions. I’m in sales, so I definitely appreciate a sales person who’s passionate about their work, like she is. I didn’t make a note to remember her name and I’m almost inclined to go back to the store just to get her name to include in this review but, after looking at my receipt, it says that she is Associate # 460248. This girl deserves a raise, a promotion or both! I will definitely be back specifically to this location because of the fabulous customer service. In fact, instead of having just 2 pairs of sunglasses, I’m thinking of starting a «collection» because there are two other pairs I really like and want! I ended up with a sporty pair of Ray Ban’s that I really like! I cant wait for the sun to return so I can really put them to use. Although, I wear my shades 24/7…whether it’s rainy, cloudy or sunny. If you’re a sunglasses freak like me, this is the place for you to bring your business to!
