The service was garbage. The girl who made my sandwich barely spoke at an audible level. I didn’t care for how she made my sandwich from the way she cut my bread(which took 3 tries for some reason) to how she laid my cheese on the meat. As well as I saw a couple pieces of meat get thrown away in the tray showing I realistically didn’t even get my money’s worth. The people here are very sloth like and lethargic in their body language. By far the worst subway I’ve been to

They are not honoring the national promotion of the $ 0.50 deluxe promo. How does my promotion come out to the normal price, where is your promotion? There’s really no reason to go back to Subway with Firehouse Subs and Togo’s plus the new Jimmy Johns. Sorry Subway I’m done with you, and it is because of stores like this.

Came here with coupons and they told me I couldn’t use them. The coupons were not outdated and they did not have exclusions printed anywhere on the coupon. I will not come here again.

This is not the subway to go to if you want customer service and a chop salad. I should have known something was wrong when I walked in and there was only one other customer at 12:15 in the afternoon. I looked at the menu and notice the chopped salad is not a menu item, so I politely ask if i could order the chopped salad? The employee said«yeah» and just stared at me. So after 15 seconds of her blank stare as I was trying to locate it on the menu she said«Double chicken thats the one you want!» So I went with double chicken because I so this getting bad fast. So after asking if I wanted everything in the salad, she threw some lettuce on the plate then gave it to her co-worker that i had to explain the make up of the salad again. So as she is making my salad she looking down at the salad and says something, so I ask very politely excuse I could not hear you, she replied«I wasn’t Talking to you! I was Talking to him at the register! So by this time I am getting bother because the first lady that was helping is still staring at me and the lady making my salad has and attitude and I am charge $ 8.00 for a salad when I normally get the turkey for $ 6.75. So she finishes my salad and bags it up, I notice there is no dressing on the salad or in the bag, So I politely ask again is there a dressing i can have with the salad? She asked Italian or ranch? so i chose Italian, then she told me well we don’t have Italian choose one that we have. So chose sweet onion and got out of there. One thing is for sure this is the first and last time I will step foot in this particular Subway, I will go right over the overpass where they service there customer with rrspect.

Waste of time. This location does not participate with Subway coupons. Go elsewhere. At first they were going to honor my subway coupon, but then the manager came out and said no.

Please teach your employees that sauce, like the ample amount of mustard just slathered on my sandwich, needs to go on the bread before produce. I hate to be «that person» who asks for her food to be remade, but all I can taste is the mustard the vegetables on my sandwich are currently drowning in. Also when someone says«THAT’S ENOUGH», twice, that doesn’t mean keep adding MORE. Ugh. Gross.

Looks like there’s no reason to hit up Subway anymore. The sandwiches aren’t really good. The convenience, plus a foot long for $ 5 was the only thing that kept me occasionally stopping by on my lunch breaks. The convenience alone isn’t enough, so now that this location(I don’t about others have no intention to find out) doesn’t offer any $ 5 foot longs, I will never return to any Subway. What used to be a $ 5 foot long now comes to over $ 7 after tax. Guess what? I can get a much better 6″ sandwich with chips and a drink for $ 6 at Sub Express. Or really good chow mein and an entrée with Mandarin Express lunch special for under $ 6. Or an in and out burger, animal style and fries for under $ 5. Or a huge, fully loaded, build it myself, salad at Pizza Hut for $ 6. Or a big, delicious burrito w/chips and salsa from Rubios for $ 6. Natomas has a plethora of food options that are worth driving an extra mile or two if Subways going to charge seven something dollars for a crappy sandwich.

They don’t know anything about customer service. Looks like they bought the franchise and are living off the reputation of the franchise. I’ve been here three times, and every time I have been disappointed. *First and foremost, they charge tax on cold sandwiches. Even when explaining that they are only supposed to charge tax for hot sandwiches, they would not budge. *They put the worker that can’t speak English as the cashier. *They will scrape the wilted lettuces at the bottom of the bin, before they refill it. Sometimes I wonder if they forget we can see what they are doing. * The bread was falling apart while they were cutting it, and they just pushed it together and pretended it didn’t happen. This is a bottom of the barrel subway sandwich location. It’s not even a good place to dine in, because the tables are so close to the line, that if you choose to stay during the lunch rush, you have nothing but butt cheecks within a foot of your face.
