Subway

This is an old review but I realized I wrote it for the wrong location. The review belongs to this Subway!
Workers here are sooo rude… They always make the sandwiches with attitudes and constantly ask what you would like on the food after you repeated yourself 20 times that you want ALL the veggies and the specific sauce –_​– but seriously is it really that hard to understand about «EVERYTHING?» I also remember walking down Freeport in front of Subway and this rude looking drug addict lady who worked there came out in her uniforms and rode her bike as I was crossing the crosswalk. or should I say I was about to, when she popped out of nowhere and screamed «PLEASE MOVE.» My friends and I didn’t want to get ran over, so we moved aside and was like wow. seriously? Ha, I know this doesn’t have anything to do with the service here, but you really gotta show some respect OUTSIDE of work as well. anyways, I thought it was Subway eat fresh. like Craig? I asked nicely if I could get a bit more pieces of pickle because he only gave me about 3 pickles. and I asked for more and he threw two more on there and I asked for a COUPLE more. –_​_​_​_​_​– & he said. if I wanted more, I would have to pay for it. wow. are you seriously trying to take advantage of your customers because you’re so use to taking advantage of high school students and etc. I remember handing out flyers and stumbled upon this place and gave them a flyer and they had a bunch of flies everywhere and screamed at my friend and I… yeah, rude. I strongly recommend this Subway to anyone who likes bad customer service and flies all over their food.
Way to go Subway, your store = minus one customer.

This Subway location is okay. There used to be a really nice lady working there when I was in high school, but I haven’t seen her since. This location does not carry Sourdough bread or Swiss cheese, and the sandwiches can be sloppy sometimes, which is why I give them 3 stars.

Food here is very old and they fail many health codes. To test the cleaniness I left a piece of paper in a corner and came back to the same paper there. Only this time it was wet and smelly. After just 1 day. Whoever owns this place really sucks at managing it. A dark skinned male employee who I suspect is some kinda management is possibly the worst employee of all time. He’s always clueless as to what to do. Please fire him. Never going to return to this location again.

This subway is filthy! The veggie bins are always pretty much empty and what’s left in there does not look fresh. The tables are never whipped down, the employees just stand around and talk. I mean, if your busy and don’t have time to wipe down the tables I understand BUT if your just standing around? C’mon. I’ve given this subway a few chances, but I’m over it.

The last two times I’ve gone here (to get my daughter a sandwich) they have overcharged me by $ 1.50 and it’s getting old! Watch your back and get a receipt. They are likely doing it on purpose.

Bottom reviews do not reflect service from here at all. ALL of the workers are nice. Food is great and always fresh. They do not skimp on the sandwiches. The restaurant is always clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and very nice! Maybe reviewer «save b.» was having a bad day.
My family gets sandwiches from here all the time. I don’t even bother going to other sandwich shops.
Very consistent.

Mediocre service, tried to charge full price for four five dollar footlong sandwiches during the month of February sale. Skimpiest sandwiches with the most minimal meat and veggies of the Subways in Sacramento. If you want to eat mostly just bread, then this is the place for you.

Fairly decent as far as Subways go.

Really let down with this location. Usually sandwiches are pretty filling at all other Subways, but here I literally got 2 or so of each veggie that I asked for. This location needs to train their workers to prepare a more respectable sized sandwich, especially with all the competition this place has I it’s area!
* Also, this location manager should make sure the employees know what her name is, I called for the address and «Joe» told me he didn’t know the name of his manager. Odd.
