I got a veggie delight and they totally skimped on the veggies. She hardly put any spinach on it and when I asked for more she only put 2 more leaves of spinach! Not going here anymore.

The employees here have a BAD attitude! one of the girls cant remember anything and constantly asks what you want after you just told her. I just hurry up and get my food and go. Seems like trying to be cute is the girls only focus at this location. Really annoying

If you don’t want to stock ice you should put a freaking sign out!!! Stop charging for cups and let people know that if they want a cold drink they better buy a bottled drink! I come here a lot(idk why) and the sandwiches are fine, I mean it is subway so it’s pretty much the same food whichever store you end up at. But the management is far below acceptable. She is rude and doesn’t know how to stock her store. It sucks because it’s the only subway on campus.

The employees here seem very depressed like they do not want to work here. They don’t smile. Especially the Indian girl and the Asian girl Lisa. They both look like they do not like working there. They never smile and and have a depressing aura. It is also ridiculously overpriced. $ 7 for a foot long black forest ham! Absolutely ridiculous. It’s $ 5 everywhere else. The school is already charging us hundreds for books. I don’t need them charging me more for my food. The only reason I come to this Subway is because I don’t want to go off campus and lose my parking spot. I asked if the foot long black forest ham was $ 5 and the Indian girl looked at me with a «This f*cking d*mbass» look and said in a very rude tone«It’s been $ 7 since February» They always seem mad whenever you ask for a water cup. The only reason this subway is still in business is because they are on campus.

My first visit to this subway was during my summer orientation in August 2013. On this occasion one of the employees was wearing a bracelet with long threaded strands dangling off by about 3 – 4 inches. As she made everyone’s sandwiches, the threads just dragged along our food and into the veggies. I didn’t have the heart to call her out because there were so many people in there but I definitely did not eat that! Can you imagine where that thread grazes while she’s in the bathroom? Yuck! So fast forward to spring semester 2014. I finally found the courage to come back in. Looked around and made sure the girl with the bracelet was gone. She wasn’t there, thank god. I actually had a great sandwich this time! Italian BMT on Italian bread. The wait was long(it was packed from the lunch rush) but the employees were fast and efficient. The bread was super soft which I was happy about. Came back today because my previous sandwich was great but this time… Not so much. The place was empty and only one person was making sandwiches but that didn’t bother me at all. The bread was awful. I get Italian because it’s always nice a soft. This time it was dried out on the inside and looked overcooked on the outside. The bread was constantly flaking off because it was so crispy. It tasted like it had been toasted and left to sit for a while. Mind you, it was NOT toasted. I never get my sandwiches toasted. It was early… around 11am. I’m thinking it was old bread from the day before or something. The lady making my sandwich was great though! This place just seems too inconsistent for me. It’s either hit or miss. Only 1⁄3 of my visits here have been successful. I should have just stopped coming here after the bracelet incident.

All the employees here seem pissed off and mad at the world. Or maybe all the Subways I have been to need nicer, smiley workers.

This Subway is probably the slowest Subway… ever. I’ve only gotten a sandwich here once, but have stood in line twice, both for 30 minutes, then left because the wait was ridiculous. Yea, it’s one of the cheaper places to eat on Sac State’s campus and, sure, sandwiches are one of the easiest things to eat on the run, but honestly, I could probably drive to a Subway off campus, eat, and come back in the same amount of time it would take me to stand in line for food at this one.

This Subway is like any other Subway out there. They are pretty consistant on how the layout of the store is. It is located on campus of SacState and is next to the bookstore. You can get a foot long for only 5 dollars, but depends on what sandwich it is of course. When i eat here, i feel healthy because they always pack a lot of veggies for me. I came here around 1:30 and the line was almost out the door w students. Come here for a good deal. The service was normal. There were only about 5 tables in there which were all taken. Stars:3

This is a good place to get a sandwich, but unfortunatly on busy days its better to go somewhere else. Going at noon or anytime around lunch is a bad idea because the line is usually out the door. Also, if the line is really long it gets confusing because you’re not moving at the same pace as your sandwich is being made and the employees may occasionally mix up your sandwich with someone else’s(yeah its happened to me more than once). I finally catch up to where my sanwich is only to find that they put someone else’s stuff on it or wrapped it up without checking to see who’s it is. On slow days when only a few employees are at the counter, they may start making your sandwich and then walk off to go do something else like take the bread out of the oven or restock the containers; all while you’re standing there waiting for someone to finish making your sandwich. Otherwise, the prices are usually cheap(if you don’t get any extra stuff) and the employees are usually friendly so I recommend this place if you don’t want to walk across campus to Togos.
