I’m in my third week of having my eyebrows done. So far SO good. I also want to say that it was absolutely painless which was a pleasant surprise. I’m going to get eyeliner and lip liner at some point. Pricing is an issue for me since I live on a small fixed budget but it is so worth it. Kim is just the coolest lady. She is totally professional and her working space is fastidiously clean. Can’t wait to go back.

I have had permanent eyebrows done before, but my experience with Kim was beyond my expectations. It was nice to have someone listen and offer an opinion that was sincere. Getting permanent makeup can seem scary and even painful. It was neither and my results were fantastic. I recommend Kim to anyone in or around the Sacramento area.

It’s been three years since my last Unilocal review of Stunning Skin by Kim, and I’m still her client! Normally utilizing Kim’s skin care prowess, the most recent trip to the Folsom salon in which she works was for a removal of tattooed eyebrows that a tattoo artist inked poorly about 5 years ago. Kim was able to, as gently as possible while using a topical number, reshape my tattooed brows by removing ink, and several weeks later, re-​touching to give my brows an updated shape and arch. If it weren’t for an upcoming major surgery that preempts my touch up appointment, I’d have the most fabulous eyebrows I’ve always dreamed of! Once I’m released after my spinal neck surgery, I’ll be seeing Kim again, not only to complete the ink, but to get my lips permanently outlined, and, of course, to continue my skin care regimen. THANKS, KIM! Your gentle touch, professional demeanor, and concern for safety, sterility, and customer satisfaction is so appreciated!

Kim has taken care of my skin for the last couple of years. Highly PROFESSIONAL, and very personable. I always look forward to my treatments. I can always tell a difference after every visit. My skin has more reliance, radiance and looks so healthy. I’ve researched the products she sells me to see if I could get a better price — turns out she gives me the best price. I had her tattoo my eyebrows and eyeliner (top and bottom). A very scary thought, but Kim is an absolute pro! I trust her completely and the results for me is fabulous. My eyebrows were disappearing, there was very little left to even color in. I couldn’t wear eye make-​up anymore because of dry eye syndrome. Now my eyes always look great, even when I wake-​up in the morning. I saw pictures of her work. I didn’t think tattooing eye make-​up would look good on an older woman, but I was wrong — Kim really helped to improve their looks. I also saw pictures of Kim’s work with nipple tattooing for women who had their breasts removed due to cancer — no other way to say it — Kim is an artist. We need her.

I have worked with this woman in the medical aesthetics field. She is a true professional. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend her to anyone. She is the best make up tattoo artist I’ve ever come across.

Trust is the word I think of when I go to Kim. I first started going to Kim 3 years ago for permanent eyeliner. It was at this treatment that I realized that Kim is an artist and perfectionist. Two important traits you want when applying permanent makeup. Kim is very gentle, calm and kind and made the very scary experience of needles around your eyes comforting. The results,… when I see myself in photos, I can hardly recognize myself from before. My eyes are so much more open, pretty and bright from the artistry she did with the permanent eyeliner.
I recently went back in for a touch up and decided to get permanent eye brows and regular facials. I am 53 and my skin is starting to show signs of aging. I TRUST Kim and already after only one treatment, I went into my nail salon and all of the girls gathered around me and said «what have you done!» your skin looks so much better! I look forward to the personal care and monthly visits with Kim and trust that she will get my skin back in shape to look young and glowing again.
I have had girlfriends that refer me to their permanent make up artists stating their prices are so much better. The reason I will always go back to Kim is because with permanent makeup, you pay for the artist. When it comes to your face, you don’t go for the coupon or the deal of the day, you go to where you can trust the artist. The artistry that you get from Kim is worth every penny.

I met Kim Evans for permanent makeup last year. Kim painted beautiful eyebrows and eyeliners. She wanted to be perfect and made sure that I’m completely satisfied with my result. There were two follow-​up sessions. Now I look amazing without having any makeup on my face. I don’t need to worry about sweating during excercise. Every morning I just put skincare, foundation, eye shadows, and mascara. Since then I started to have facials. She performs many facial treatments that include peels, facial pack, microdermabrasion and LED therapy. My skin glows and has never been better. After spending most of my adult life drawing my eyebrows on, I met with Kim Evans to see if she could help me. Since I’m a fair-​skinned redhead, I was uncertain it would work for me. Kim set my fears aside by explaining how she works and I was relieved to know she administers a topical anesthetic prior to creating the eyebrows. This was my saviour! Kim is extremely conscientious in her work as well as very hygienic. I couldn’t have asked for better treatment! Two weeks later I am delighted with the results! It’s such a treat to get up in the morning & see myself w/​eyebrows. Plus, it’s cut down on my time getting ready to out, not to mention the aggravation of always trying to get them to match, or re-​do because I’ve been sweating! Thanks, Kim!

Kim Evens is Amazing! She is very professional, highly skilled, caring, gentle and informative! I have wanted to get Permanente eyeliner for some time now and had been putting it off because I was scared of the pain just thinking about it gave me the ebie jiebes. Let alone these are your eyes we are talking about and a procedure like this should not be done by true professional not just any licensed person. Kim Evens was recommended to me by a close friend who had her permanent make up done by Kim. I m sooo glad I took my friends advice!!! My permanent eyeliner looks GORGEOUS! The whole experience was better then I could have ever imagined! The procedure was quick and relatively pain free, Kim made me feel comfortable and walked me through every step. I was so nervous going in but she made me feel completely at easy and in very good hands. I can’t wait to have Kim do my permanent full lip color now.

Kim Evans is unique and very talented. The best of the best. I receive regular facials/​peels and have permanent makeup from Kim on eyebrows and eyeliner. LOVE IT!!! Kim’s prices are very reasonable especially for her experience and knowledge in her fields of expertise. She is just an all around wonderful person.
