Worst customer service I’ve had in awhile this location also only has one parking spot they ran out of Splenda and gave me my order incorrect and then told me that I never ordered or let them know the things I wanted in my drink and they kept looking at each other the baristas and smirk when I would say something really disrespectful I will never be back at this location

There is a guy who is always at the coffee bar(I think he’s the supervisor) who never smiles, gives dirty looks, and always has an attitude. They should have more people like the woman that work here. Their always smiling, and make you feel welcomed.

This Starbucks was quite clean. Thankfully the bathroom at this was pristine and there wasn’t a look on it. The chairs were pretty comfortable but not great for sitting long periods of time working. There weren’t too many outlets either. This particular Starbucks is kind of small.

New digs, but bad attitudes. The baristas appear to have a chip on their shoulder. I politely reminded the barista that I still had one more coffee drink coming, only to receive a monologue that he knew and this one only came out early because of blah blah blah. Then, adding insult to injury, he and the other Barista exchanged unnecessary and unprofessional dialogue in the topic. Whew! If you’re not a morning person, then maybe you should not work at a coffee shop. Also, what happened to the crew before the remodel. The new crew needs lessons from them in customer service.

I’m giving this Starbucks 2 stars, not because I’ve had a terrible experience here or anything, and not because they make terrible coffee/drinks, but because of factors that are not really in its control. I am not happy about giving it 2 stars, but standards are standards. The coffee here is fine, I love the proximity of this Starbucks to the med center, and the baristas are always friendly, helpful, and efficient(at least in my experience). But I rarely come here. Why, you ask? Because of the parking. Or rather, the lack thereof. They have maybe what… 2 real parking spaces? And one of them is a handicap space. Also, the location of this Starbucks at the intersection of Stockton and T is really not doing it any favors. Both of these streets are busy and they’re also not perfectly perpendicular to each other, so when they cross, they make an awkward V(think back to geometry and imagine an acute angle), which happens to be where this Starbucks is located. For people who live nearby in the Elmhurst area or work within walking distance at the Med Center, this awkward placement of the Starbucks and lack of parking may not be a problem, but for those who are less fortunate, this creates major problems. It might not be so terrible if it was not for the fact that people just randomly park their cars everywhere in the teeny tiny lot. It makes entering and leaving the lot particularly dangerous and stress-inducing. The other gripe that I have with this Starbucks is that while you can use your registered Starbucks Card here, it seems as though purchases here do not earn you stars. I know, oh boohoo, not earning stars. But still, if you don’t give me Starbucks stars that all the other Starbucks stores in the area do, then why should I go here, when I could just as easily go there? tl;dr: Parking is non-existent and they don’t give stars, but really, there is nothing majorly wrong with this Starbucks, product or customer service wise.

Sara was the best barista I’ve ever had! She was extremely friendly and knowledgable! I didn’t know what I wanted and she was extremely patient with me and made the drink perfectly! I loved her! I’ll be back soon and hopefully I get Sara again!

The guy making my drink seemed so miserable making it. He said hello in a tired and annoyed way. While his coworkers were friendly and upbeat about taking everyone’s order. I think the most important person is the actual barista since he/she is making your drink you want to feel like they care or are happy enough to being there so they don’t mess up your drink. I think I’ll stick to my usual Starbucks. I won’t be coming back.

My friendly neighborhood Starbucks is for the most part superior to its millions of sister stores. Friendly barristas, quick service, somewhat comfortable seating and less foot traffic. This would usually earn them five shiny stars in my book, but unfortunately their parking is also the absolute worst. In other words, it’s nonexistent. While things may be peachy inside the store, outside, especially on a weekday morning when people are rushing to get to work, can be a hot mess, even dangerous. The store is located at the V of two busy streets, so whichever way you turn in you’ll potentially be heading into an oncoming car. There is ONE official parking spot in the lot. The rest of the space is a driveway where people haphazardly park while running in and out. As a supporter of fewer cars on the road and more walking and biking, I could get on board with this. Unfortunately that’s not the reality we live in, and this Starbucks is a perfect example of how people will do anything, or park anywhere, to get their caffeine fix.

The customer service here is great but they always seem to be out of quite a few important items and as many others have stated the parking is not ideal.

Great little spot that I frequent. However, worth noting the parking lot is ridiculously small and the line can get extremely long in the morning rush since you get a lot of traffic coming in from the hospital down the street.

So this is going to be a short review. Anyone reading this is likely familiar enough with the Starbucks experience. The coffee is above average. Over roasted in the opinion of some. Perhaps it’s an acquired taste. In an event I enjoy it acquired taste or not. This particular store runs well for me when I drop in for a cup on the go. I usually come through early in the morning. Parking is a little rough but managable in the morning. The couples times I ventured to a crafted beverage the turn time was impressive compared to my experience at other stores. General impression of the staff leaves me with a warm feeling to start my day. Smiles and small talk come easy for this crew. The store always seems to be a organized and well run. Overall I would say it’s a well above average Starbucks and a welcome morning diversion.

This is not a terrible Starbucks EXCEPT there are really only 3 parking spaces and 1 of them is a disabled parking spot. Street parking is extremely tough and no drive thru so not really sure how this shop stays afloat. I also didn’t notice any bike parking but I could have missed it. And what’s up with no Almond milk??? Sacramento is minutes from the biggest almond growing area on the planet and Almond milk tastes MUCHBETTER than soy milk and is also healthier. I can only imagine it’s because Starbucks is too big and lazy to be responsive to their customers anymore. Just about every independent coffee house I go into has Almond milk.

The staff in the morning know my name, have my order ready and always have a smile on their faces. The line moves fast so don’t be intimidated by the fact that it is probably ready to spill into the parking lot. While we are talking about the parking lot… gosh people what are you doing? Parking your car wherever you want to run in and grab coffee is not cool. They have one parking space, if it’s full park on the street. This stopping in front of the door is not cool. Back to the Starbucks itself, the inside is ALWAYS clean which is impressive for a place that gets so busy. This is one of my favorite Starbucks to stop at.

Great Customer Service keeps me coming back, it’s defiantly not the parking. Don’t try to pull into the little parking lot you will get trapped, instead park across the street. Drinks are made fast so the long line that is there just rolls on through.

Fairly small Starbucks, they are literally on the corner of Stockton a few blocks from the medical center. Parking lot is tiny! You have to park on the street, but be careful cuz a lot of the parking on the street is limited to B permits. Ordered a iced coffee and some banana bread, no wait at all. Nice quick service. !

Since I work at the hospital nearby, this is my daily stop to fuel up for a long shift. Since I go here at least three times a week some of the staff know me and my drink… I always get the same thing… Hot venti upside down caramel machiatto. How can anyone go wrong with that drink? Its simply delicious. I tried recreating this at home, but its just not the same. Anyway, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful here. The parking could be better, but it is what it is. I’m just glad there is a Starbucks this close to the hospital. You can park along the window side of the store… Or even next to the curb across. I’ve done it before… even with the police there… Never a problem. Thank god for a free drink every 12 stars on the app. I need to buy a stick in this company… seriously! BTW… Ben is my favorite barista there.
