Starbucks

Just now i went up to order amd the girls behind the counter took 5 mins to ask what i was ordering. they were too busy talking among each other. Then after i ordered my drink, my bf and i went to sit to wait for our drink and they didn’t even bother to call out the drink. Agsin to busy talking. Not very pleased

They advertised a Cocoa Carmel truffle crunch but didn’t have any of the toppings, wtf?! Sovivasjed for something else & they didn’t one of the toppings for that either ok so what do you have then, weirdos. Cashier lady was really nice tho.

i love the area as well as the employees. theyre very patient with us customers but very speedy with put orders.

Excellent place! This is by far my favorite Starbucks. Plenty of seating, not very crowded. The staff is cheery and friendly; always willing to chat if you want. Also, I’ve noticed this Starbucks has better tasting black coffee compared to some of the other nearby Starbucks. It doesn’t taste burnt. The only thing I wish this one had was a drive-​thru for those days where I just need to get in and out. But one could argue that not having a drive-​thru at this place is an advantage. There also plenty of parking in the parking lot! But my favorite thing about this Starbucks is the abundance of natural sunlight.

Still my favorite Starbucks to goto North Natomas. I think there are more people who discovered it because the lines are pretty long. I think this one is a lot nicer than the one on Truxel or Arena. Loved the remodel :)

No matter how busy this place gets, the staff is always smiling. I don’t go in often enough that they know my name, but they make sure i feel as if i am the only one they are waiting on. Nisa does an outstanding job and so does Thomas. In turn, the patrons walk out smiling more, I’ve noticed. Keep up the great work!

I don’t usually write reviews but I had to for this place! This Starbucks is by far the best around. I’m greeted every morning by name and warm smiles. Half the time I go in in the morning just to see all the friendly staff. Not only do they know my name but they take the time to get to know all the other customer’s names too. They know my order and always make it perfectly! When I’m looking to change up my order they always have a list of things they think I might like to try. Anytime I go to another Starbucks I compare it to this one and nothing can beat it. You can tell that everyone enjoys their job and are working hard to make sure everyone has a pleasant experience. I recommend anyone in the natomas area go to this Starbucks whether it’s on your way or out of the way, it’s worth it!

One of the slowest Starbucks I’ve been too, staff was really nice and pleasant but couldn’t seem to handle the morning rush.

Chill Starbucks, not as cold and arctic like other locations. My Starbucks theory in life is that they make it super cold that it’s impossible for you to study and work on anything. Almost need multiple layers and an Eskimo jacket. Staff is friendly and fun, cool relaxed environment.
Still on my mission to find a Starbucks that makes BEastmode fraps. A lot of locations, this is my favorite place to study and focus. Leave your parka and Eskimo jacket at home, studying here is a breeze.
This place is busy, though the staff is quick so the lines dissipate quickly.

One of my two go to Starbucks in the area. I have been to many Starbucks locations and this one isn’t bad, but it’s not the best either, average. Parking here can get a lil difficult. There is a lot of parking spaces, but it can get fairly busy. The service here is okay, I’ve experienced good and bad days. But even on good days no one has outright tried to engage me or remember my name/​drink like other starbucks locations. Service is a lil slow even during Down times. I do like that it is located in a nice shopping area with great restaurants around and nice outdoor seating. As far as the quality of the drinks, I like iced coffee and cold brew, and I’ve never had a reason to complain. If you are in the area, this Starbucks will do!

OMG! Finally – a Sac Town Starbucks that knows how to make an Iced Green Tea Latte!
Love coming here for business meetings or to study. There is a lot of seating woth big and small tables.
Friendly service. Mostly professionals and students come here. In addition to parents and kids, and a few people coming to/​from gym.

The only reason I continue going to this Starbucks is because of my severe caffeine/​coffee addiction and it’s across the street from my job. I love the Cold Brew. This is the only Starbucks I’ve ever been treated poorly at. A few of the girls that work the cash registers in the morning are super catty. Not only to me, but to a few of the other girls I work with. We can’t seem to figure out what we ever did to them. They’re rude to us and nice to the people in front of us or behind us. Besides that, the line moves slow and my order seems to never be correct. The customers are super friendly though and distract you from how long the baristas are taking. All and all coffee is coffee, but I can go to Dutch Bros and have GREAT service and GREAT coffee.
Sorry guys, step it up in there.

I am writing this review based on the service and the lying cashier at 8:10 a.m. on Mother’s Day.
This morning I went with my sister to get our morning coffee. We both went inside and were standing in line when I decided I would buy her drink. And, because there would be 2 transactions, I would get 2 stars for the 2 transactions instead of just 1. I’m sure I’m not the only person who has done this.
There were no more than 4 people behind us. Besides, we were both in line so it was the same as if there were 2 different customers, right? I handed my sister my phone so that she could scan the app. The cashier rang her up and asked if she wanted her receipt. She said no and handed the phone back to me.
I ordered my drink but when I went to pay, I noticed both her drink and mine were rung up. I asked if she rang up her drink and she said that the transaction didn’t go through so she put them both together. Oh well, I thought. No big deal. I looked at the balance left on my account and noticed it was $ 10 less than before. The drinks totaled less than $ 8. I again asked her if she rang up 2 transactions and she said no.
Determined to figure out how this happened, and why my balance was so much lower, I went through the app to see if I could access the latest transactions. Nothing. There is often a delay in posting transactions. Oh well. She just got a $ 3.45 tip.
As I was getting ready to leave I got a notification on my phone that there were 2 receipts available for tipping. What? Two? I thought she said the first didn’t go through. There they were. Two charges. I got back in line so that I could at least get credit for the overcharge. As I was standing in line, suddenly the credit for the first transaction hit the account. What?! That means she LIED. If the policy regarding stars for their reward program was being violated then all she had to do was say something. I would have understood. But lying? Please don’t insult my intelligence and think you’ll get away with it.
Instead of talking to the lying cashier about the situation, I decided to leave, as there was a line forming and I didn’t want to disrupt everyone’s morning. Instead I decided to take my complaint to Unilocal.Really really bad service if you feel the need to lie to a loyal customer.

Super nice customer service! Almost like a Cheers atmosphere where everybody knows your name.
Also, there is a barista who looks exactly like Michael McDonald. He missed his calling as a stunt double.

Staff is amazing. They make magic with their drinks. It’s ok to go in for a regular cup of coffee, and you will enjoy it. But the staff makes its heaven. Tell them what you have a taste for and they can create anything. They are also friendly, knowledgable, and they make you feel right at home.

There are 5 Starbucks around where I live and this location is THE BEST. I work at the tanning salon two stores down from here and the staff is incredibly friendly! I love Mariah, Amira, Diana, Mo, Angie, and everyone else (terrible with names). They seriously are the only location who makes my drink right every single time and they are really easy drinks to make (green teas, passion teas, ice coffee, etc). This is definitely my «home» Starbucks! They never fail me :)

When there is no one in the coffee shop, I see many baristas and when there a lots of people, only one at the counter and one preparing coffee. The equation doesn’t seem right. I see the other employees sitting and chit chatting when there is a long queue.
I came at 9:05 and I was waiting in the line for 15 mins. There were only 4 people

This is generally a good place to study, so I come here often, but the older Filipina lady is rude EVERY time. She’s a smart mouth, always acts like she can’t hear me, so she makes me repeat everything and then she seems to laugh at all my requests.
GET RID OF HER!!! Do it for the community! If it wasn’t for the other employees, I’d give a one star rating.

I have to admit ever since they had a change of staff here it’s been a lot better. I’m glad the great ones are still here crafting our drinks and providing excellent customer service! The new staff are adding more character and friendliness to this location. Great drinks and great service so thank you for making my mornings (and sometimes afternoons and evenings).

The closest Starbucks location from my home. Literally walking distance! Very convenient location. Right next to Baskin Robins and the NutriShop with plenty of parking. Customer service is always good and the drinks are consistently yummy.
I tried the Caramel Ribbon Crunch for the first time the other day and I think I found my new favorite! They accidentally made an extra drink and they let us have it free of charge!
