I was very pleased with the time and attention Don Nelson took necessary to make sure I found the mattress set best suited for my needs and didn’t rush to sell me the first set I said I liked.
I value honesty as the number one characteristic when choosing anyone in my life, from friends to clergy. Everything Don told me was the truth, which I found very refreshing. I am so tired of finding out after-​the –fact that a salesman lead me to believe something was true, which it technically was, but was not what I expected when all was said and done.
If you have ANY bedding needs from linens to furniture, I couldn’t give anyone a higher recommendation; he really knows the about the products he sells.

I’ve been sleeping on a couch, a futon exactly, for a while now and it’s been giving me an ache in my back lately. So I decided to get a proper bed and went into Ikea with my budget in consideration. I bought the bed frame from Ikea, but even with their competitive pricing, I couldn’t trust Ikea’s mattresses. This is why I ended up at Sleep train. Still taking budget under consideration, I walked into the store and was greeted by the store manager, James Ohki. I told him what I wanted and he narrowed the selection and let me have the time to myself. After I made my decision, he was very flexible with my needs financially as well.

Go straight to sleep train — the Madison location — Don is the sleep whisperer and he will will give you what you need an excellent product and competitive prices. (He determined in a heartbeat a perfect mattress to fit us). We informed Don that we were seriously considering Costco prices and selection. He said they had great values as well but it is always nice to test the product. We ultimately decided on a bed that Costco didn’t carry. Our new bed was delivered the same day with friendly and professional service. Thanks Sleep train for your stellar experience.

I bought 3 mattress sets from this store in 2 days and all because of James Ohki (who I didn’t realize initially was the store manager). He was just great. I got a great deal, James saved me probably close to $ 1800.00 (give or take). Needless to say, I was extremely pleased with my experience. Moreover, they kept their delivery promises (and since mine was a floor model, James managed to get me same-​day delivery, which is not always possible).

Great service at Madison & I-​80. The manager didn’t try to up sale me and kept my bed purchase well with in my limit. I ended up with the best bed ever, it’s so comfortable that I fall asleep with in seconds of going to bed. I would recommend that store to friends and family.

You have to plan on driving into this business — it is off Madison on Date Avenue — next door to Cycle Gear. We went on a Tuesday morning and the showroom was very quiet. We were assisted by Ryan, the manager. He was an excellent salesman — knew when to hover to answer questions and when to go away so that we would just lounge on a mattress. We felt no pressure to buy, which was nice, as we’ve encountered some scary high-​pressure salespersons in our mattress quest. The store had a decent selection and Ryan was knowledgeable. We ended up getting a mattress — they are able to do same-​day free delivery for any mattress in stock. All in all, a pleasant buying experience. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend!
