These places are hecka ghetto. The photos posted of the interiors are not even accurate. Laminate flooring? no.
they just posted some interior photos from another complex –don’t waste your time.

Three years lived there. The first two reviews are obviously posted by the management. The pix do not even vaguely resemble this place. The truth is this that is a typical low rent apartment complex. The base rent is about average, until you add the extra charges for utilities. Safety is below par because of high number of parolees residing there. The pool is poorly maintained. Unsupervised loud children run free throughout the complex constantly. The manager looks (and is) very unprofessional. Please check
ratings. The units themselves are average. oh! if you visit, check out the huge potholes in the pavement. Been there for years. Also, they will simply paint over the black mold problems. They do not enforce ANY noise rules. Even if your budget is tight; you can do better

I lived at Sandpiper Apartments Sacramento before moving to San Francisco. Ahh, the good old days. The rents were so amazingly low compared to S.F. The place has a great pool, very nice gardens and is DOG friendly, which I loved. We had a lovely terrace and the apartment (a two bedroom) was huge. Across the street was a Raleys market, and the bus stopped outside. Everyone was friendly, and the office was very accommodating.

If you are searching for a great centrally located apartment in Sacramento your search ends here! I have been living here for a year now and love that this place offers. YOU DON’ T NEED A CAR TO LIVE HERE. A private gated community, exceptional location is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, transportation and employment.
