Well Let me Start by Saying I have Purchased items for Large Jobs to the smallest Jobs and I have been Extremely happy with the quality of the product, customer service and experience I have received every time. The Staff is very Knowledgeable and always pleasant. I was kept well informed on delivery and install. When ever I am looking for warehouse needs or even for a small outlet I contact them. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for shelving, racking or even the everyday items needed for a small to large warehouse or even garage storage.

I was at Home Depot looking for shelving for my business when I scoured the internet for comparable pricing. Fortunately for me I came across Sac Rack and Shelving. At first I thought they were only looking for big corporate accounts but after a chat that couldn’t have been farther from the truth. Not only did they have the product that matched my needs but they treated me like a large customer. I could tell they wanted my business by the way they treated me. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Easy purchase, great price and swift delivery. Try finding that at the big orange and blue box stores.

Awesome people! Found them on craigslist looking for large shelving for business purposes. I described what i needed over the phone, the guy was very helpful (i think his name was Andrew). Told me what they are called and dimensions. Just to be sure, he even text me a picture of it which was awesome. On the phone for maybe a minute tops. After he text me, i told him that was it and asked if they delivered. He said yes and gave me a price and I told him to deliver it and that was that. Quick and easy. I will definitely go back to them again. Them delivering was just a perk.

My experience with this place was not pleasant. They seem great for large clients but not for average 4 – 5 rack garage needs type of client. For starters they have a very confusing sales system. They display the racks on one location and then you pick the racks on another location (about a quarter of mile. You should drive) and then you have to go back the the office to pay for the items. I went to their location called 3 times to get the right location and inf. asked the right questions and got 3 dif. answers. The main office main entrance is covered by a large decal of their business so you might miss it. I went and after 45 mnt. of back and forth and miscommunication I end up wasting my time.
Again they seem to have a great variety of racks if you are in the market for large amount of racks but if you are like me looking to buy 4 – 5 racks for a garage look somewhere else for better customer service.
