Pharmacy: horrible customer service. Don’t waste your time filling your prescription here. The workers are rude and incompetent. I don’t understand how long it takes to pick up a refill but somehow they manage to make it difficult. Wait in line for 15 minutes only to be told to go to the drop off window. Went to the drop off window wait another 15 minutes and finally gave them my insurance card. Again, more waiting and no one saying a single thing about what is going on. And by the way the girl pretending to help looked like her boyfriend/husband/mister just dumped her today! She couldn’t even look at me let alone give a smile. You get the drift, she needs a man! But anyways after already wasting so much of my precious time I ask if I could just pay. Sure, you’d have to go back to the pick up window she-man says. So of course I go to the pick up window. Guess what?! More waiting, please have a seat. Seriously!!! Now how long could picking up medication take? Well at this rude, unfriendly, unprofessional place it could take up to an hour. Ridiculous!

Some of the rudest people here never have more than one text and open every time I’m there and it’s so hard to find help looking for a product or getting information on a product while shopping I would recommend going somewhere else if possible like Walgreens across the street

Nice pharmacists that are willing to help. The store was clean however the location(DELPASTHEIGHTS) isn’t the best. If you MUST go, make it a day-evening trip. Only go at night for emergencies. The crowd outside is grimy and will always beg you for change. Chain lock both wheels and your frame.

Avoid this place at night, that’s if you’re the type that plans their day out. It’s not the stores fault, but there’s a certain crowd that seems to be here, that makes you regret not having Tylenol at the late PM hours. I give this place three stars because not once since I’ve came here(three times before writing this review) have I notice the staff acting annoyed or irritated with customers. That to me is amazing, because I came here just once before and wanted to strangle certain co-shoppers. This shop is clean and organized despite what it looks like on the outside. You’ll be able to get what you need if you mind your P’s and Q’s with no needed hassle.

After a unexpected visit to Mercy General last night, I couldnt wait to get to the pharmacy to have my Rx filled so I can go back to my life and start feeling better :) I googled the hours of operation, saw they opened at 8 am, and decided to go on over since I was already up! Arrived, and actually ran into the pharmacist in the parking lot, arriving for his shift. I proceeded to go inside and I was immediately greeted by a employee tending to the book section near the pharmacy, she seemed sweet and attentive, made me feel welcome(I dont visit rite aid much at all). Hmm, starting to like Rite Aid a little more than Walgreens. Lol My Rx was filled within 10 minutes, I was the first in line. Process was smooth and swift, pharmacist was helpful for Rx tips too. I even got to drift around the store while waiting and recognized their inventory, which is pretty impressive for a convienience/drugstore! They had Raisin Bran Crunch on sale(BOGO), yum. I’m gonna start paying more attn to u, Rite Aid!

Ghetto!!! My kids got edgy here. I like the environment but its not for everyone. Lots of drugs in the area and lots of happenings that go along with drug infested areas. Staff are great. Bathrooms are often out of order. Not much else to say.
