Relles Florist

The flowers I recently had delivered were extremely disappointing and nothing like the picture I referenced from the Relles web site. Based on what I paid and what I was told, I had expected a significant number of flowers and a reasonably large arrangement. I got minimal flowers and almost no real color or variety (which is what I had requested).
So, I contacted Relles and the manager sent a replacement arrangement. I expected something nice given my prior disappointment. Instead, I got some flowers randomly tossed into a vase. Nice colors, but very small and absolutely no effort was put into arranging the flowers to look nice. And, again, nothing like the picture I referenced. This was especially disappointing given that I had already had a bad experience.

This occurred sometime ago, but I just remembered to write a review. On a Tuesday afternoon I walked in at 4:30 PM to order a dozen roses to be delivered to my girlfiend. There were three employees at the front counter who appeared to be wrapping things up for the day. I knew the store closed at 5:00 PM and having worked in retail I felt bad for being the dreaded last minute customer, but I figured it would just be a simple order.
After standing directly in front of the employee for a awkward few minutes I had to actually ask the employee if I could order some flowers. She informed me that they were closed for the day and could not take any more orders. I asked her why their sign said they closed at 5:00 PM then, she informed me that they were closing early.
Having come straight from the gym I’ll be the first to admit I didn’t look great, but they could have been a bit nicer. In my opinion there is nothing worse than a business that doesn’t stick by simple rules, such as being open when their signs indicate they should be. I resisted the temptation to knock over a display of ceramic kittens on my way out and never returned.

They did a great job helping me put a bouquet together with roses, carnations, and filler flowers that really made it bright and outstanding, thank you! I’ll be back for more special occasions. Also, the price was very reasonable, way less than I expected to pay.

My husband for the past several years (5 – 8 years) has been ordering flowers from Relles for me. The first several years he would order the traditional red roses (not, my fav by far, but hay it is the thought). The roses were beautifully arraged and lasted for weeks. The vase was always of good quality and pleasing to the eye to be used later on. My husband started branching out and got the hint of my favorite flower and stared sending me peonies for the past several years. Last year Relles delivered a beautifully arrangement of peonies (off season) I loved everything about the arrangement from the color of the peonies to the vase. The florist did a beautifully job putting the arrangement together. The peonies lasted about a week and a half to two weeks. Loved them.
This year, my husband ordered another peonies arrangement from Relles for my birthday (late Feb) that was delivered to my work. Once again the flowers were beautifully… The arrangement was a little different from last year the peonies were deeper in color and the vase was not as tall but wider then the previous year, but it was nice to have a slightly different arrangement. Overall everything was beautifully. Two days I noticed that the peonies weren’t holding up and were looking distressed after two days. I called Relles on my way home Friday evening and left a message and Richard (Fairs Oaks Location) called me back in the morning first thing and apologized for the quality of the peonies and said that he was switch them out right away; but considering that peonies are not in season it might not be until Monday, I told him whenever was fine. I ended up requesting that they just switch them out on Monday. So, late this morning Relles was here to swab out the flowers and my new arrangement is beautifully very similar to the arrangement that was delivered by the peonies are a lighter pink. They enclosed was a very nice card apologizing once again.
Great customer service and considering it has only been once that I got a bunk batch of peonies I am willing to over look it!!!

Relles Florist has always been my go-​to spot for fresh flowers. Their prices are high but well worth it when you consider these are professional florists who know the best way to reach a person’s heart is with one awesome floral arrangement. Whether it was flowers for a friend in the hospital, a Valentine’s Day bouquet or just something to show I care, the people here have always been able to deliver — often at the last minute.
There is a guy named Raymond here who really knows his stuff. A true artist. I sought him out for an anniversary bouquet and he worked some serious magic with a stunning arrangement in a beautiful vase. I think of him as the «Flower Whisperer.»

Give Raymond your budget and just trust the man. His artistry blew me away. No need to shop through the display or the catalog. Wonderful work and great service.

VERY RUDE PEOPLE HERE! I went in to check out some flowers that I wanted to send to my mother. My budget was $ 50. For some people, I know that isn’t alot, but I am on a strict budget and wanted to patronize a local business. The man behind the counter seemed nice until I told him how much I had to spend. You could see his whole face change. He became very abrupt and short with me. I didn’t even need the flowers until Saturday and he told me that he couldn’t guarantee them by then. I really felt that if I wasn’t spending a large amount, they weren’t willing to help me.
I always try to patronize the small, local businesses especially in my neighborhood. But I won’t EVER go back there and be treated so rudely again. Not only was it insulting. It was humiliating. Now I’m not surprised that location always looks empty inside.
