Great place for furry friends! Everyone is kind and the pooches are well mannered. They have fresh water and chair’s for people; loads of fun in the the middle of the city & a great place to run free!

I love taking my dog to this park as its so close to home. Running fresh water is great. Caring owners every time I’ve been. The grounds are maintained. Owners actually pick up after their dogs(when they see it happen) which doesn’t always happy in other parks. Not great for after dark as its not lit up. Safe neighborhood.

Such a cute park! I love how there is a big dog section and a little dog section. We have been here twice and there has never been another little dog to play with! Come on guys! Bring your babies to play! It’s gotten a kid area real close by for those who have those too. We have just moved here and I love how close the park is to our new house.

Today we took our dog to the park for first time. We didn’t know what to do so we we’r pacing back n forth outside the fence so that my dog can smell the other dogs it wasn’t working. Until this guy shows up with his 3 dogs and suggested that we should come in with him and his dogs, so my dog wouldn’t feel rush. After we were there for a while my dog was relax and playing with the other dogs. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this dog park to everyone that has a dog plus it’s a good way to meet new people.

Went by recently to check out this dog park again. Bottom line is, if it’s within walking distance, OK. If, however, you’ve got wheels, there’s really no reason to come here. It is a fenced area with some friendly dogs/owners, and others who don’t seem to know the rules or care much about them. There are no trees. And now the poop bags are no longer offered. Dogs whose owners didn’t neuter ‘em. So really, what would bring someone(from another neighborhood) back here?

It’s a pretty nice little park even though they don’t supply poop bags anymore. The downside is that the two other dogs that were there were not neutered. This is imperative at a dogpark. Most parks have a spay/neuter rule but there needs to be a way to enforce it.

Bella(my dog): Excited excited excited to go every day and work out for 30 mins to one hour. Most dogs let me be with me ball. Chris(owner): live close by, good park. Regulars are for the most part good people. And help with everything. In reality, the park is clean(go almost every day and no hypodermic needles) most peeps clean after their dogs.

The dog park itself was nice as there are two parks(one for big guys and one for the little guys), but there were a couple hypodermic needles littering the grass outside the park. No bueno

This is a very nice park. It divided into two parks, one for large(25 lbs +) and one for small dogs. Each park has regulars at various times of the day with evenings being the busiest, about one hour to 30 minutes before sundown. Like others have said most owners pick up after their dogs but occasionally you’ll find surprises in the grass. All in all the dogs are friendly but if fights break out everyone helps in breaking thinks up.

Nothing to write home about is an understatement, however everything is worth Unilocaling about, no? Pros: Clean park & good amount of space on both sides Cons: If there are no other dogs around then this place is BORRRRRING! Wait, say what? No doggie poop bags? Enzo, don’t drop a duece or we are both in trouble! I made the mistake of parking near the big dog park entrance so had to trek a little ways. Not tragic, just unexpected. Would I go back? Probably not. I don’t live close enough but if it were a doggie play date situation… Then perhaps. Most likely not though. I would redirect folks to other parks.

It’s a pretty good dog park. Nothing to write home about, in terms of accommodations, but it has a lot of space for dogs to run. The middle is some sort of sandy material, so make sure you wear sneakers or other shoes that have good traction. The sand ends up on the sidewalk and can cause you to slip.(I learned my lesson by doing the splits.) There is quite a bit of grass around the sides, which is great for the dogs. I haven’t seen anyone not pick up after their dog, but I’m sure it happens. There are always bags left by those who frequent on the chain link fence. Everyone is very friendly and polices their dog well. Those who have unsociable dogs tend to take their dogs to the opposite end of the park, which is nice. All in all, it’s a great dog park.

Regency Community Dog Park is located at Bridgecross Drive and Honor Parkway in North Natomas. It is part of the Regency Community Park located at 5500 Honor Parkway. I have been taking my Boxer(puppy 2010) to this park for the last 4 months. The large dog park is about 1+ acres with grass around the perimeter and decomposed granite running through the middle. There are several sets of benches placed throughout the park and trees have been planted and in about 10 years, the shade will kick in. 6 foot high chain link fence surrounds with a double gate system at the entrance. The small dog park is similar in design and is about ½ acre. Those of us who frequent the park bring plastic grocery bags and leave them on the fence for all to use. For the most part, dog owners clean up after their dog but of course some don’t so be careful if you venture into the grassy areas. Most of the dog owners are responsible about making sure that their dogs behave in a friendly manner but it is up to you to police your own dog and we all appreciate it when you do. If you are in the neighborhood, come on by and give it a try!
