Luis was an awesome server. The food was a little over done. My lobster was chewy and you should never have to use a knife on your lobster. Thanks luis for taking care of us. your diffinitely an asset to the red lobster organization.

I’m so happy to see this restaurant ramp up their business in both food and service since the last few times I been here! Came here on a Saturday night in celebration of my sister’s birthday and this place was packed like a can of sardines. The average wait for a table that night was a painful hour and a half, but it was totally worth it in the end. Noticed they have upgraded their menus that include more pictures with mouth watering entrees. I decided to order the Ultimate Feast which comes with snow crab legs, baked garlic shrimp, lobster tail, fried shrimp, your choice of side along with a garden or Caesar salad. All this food for only $ 30! Half of the party ordered this entrée(and so should you) because it was definitely the biggest bang for your buck. The lobster tail was amazingly good with a nice hint of garlic. It was cooked to perfection; not too chewy like the last time I was here. The fried shrimp was irresistible. Crunchy on the outside with a soft and warm shrimp on the inside. The sweet cocktail sauce accompanied this very well. The baked garlic shrimp had a very strong garlic taste — which I loved. The snow crab legs were very sweet and meaty. The portions here are very generous and the overall rating of my dish is 5 stars — had no complaints about it what so ever! My husband ordered the garlic noodle that was topped with ample amount of lobster, mussels, shrimp and scallops. The noodles were sooo, SO good. I tried to talk my husband out of ordering this dish since we didn’t have a pleasant experience the last time we tried it. But they definitely made some changes to their recipe. The garlic noodles are seriously THEBEST I’ve had in Sacramento. No other place can possibly beat the noodles here! Service here was also top notch. Our server couldn’t be any more attentive to our table. She even helped pack our leftovers for us instead of handing it boxes for us to pack.(They didn’t do this the last time!) All in all, I recommend for you to come try this location our. The crowd and long wait says it all!

I was here with my friend to celebrate his daughter’s 18th birthday. The food was excellent and the waitress was very friendly with a smile on her face. She was great and she got a good tips from us.

Well, finally after 33 years of life I tried Reb Lobster and what their biscuits were all about. I tried it and you know what? I liked it. Yes, I liked it. Those biscuits are like crack. I’m telling you… it’s like crack. Those biscuits alone gets 5-stars…but if you include other food item you get 4-stars. I can eat the biscuits all day long. Anyways, got their wood-grilled lobster, shrimp, & salmon combo. They were ok. Just like any other places I’ve tried. Maybe I’m spoiled. So I’m giving it a 4-stars overall just because I’m in love with the biscuits. Oh, the only grip I have is I didn’t get any refill on my drink.

There is a few times in life where a meal is so expertly crafted and the Shrimp Linguini Alfredo is out of this world! P. s. Terrell the server at this restraint deserves a raise or some kind of positive recommendation for his superb customer service! Ask for him to be your server he stays on top of his job and kept my girlfriend and I satisfied with our meals and beverages!

Awesome experience here! Terrell was an amazing server, me and my boyfriend felt very cared for and he paid special attention on making sure our drinks were filled. He also recommended a better dish than what I originally asked for. All servers should be like him! Red lobster should be proud of him because he definitely is an asset to the restaurant.

Endless shrimp for $ 16.99 always comes by and gets my attention. There are a lot of options to choose from. We tried the fried shrimp, linguini alfredo, scampi, teriyaki shrimp and habanero coconut shrimp. I feel like a certain character from Forest Gump… The habanero and coconut shrimp were the only ones we didn’t like. The shrimp linguini alfredo is my favorite(also has the most calories). The wait to get a table was 45 minutes. The wait is always consistent while they have this option. While you wait for you food you do have the awesome cheddar biscuits to keep you company. The chocolate wave was great and had rich chocolatey goodness and ice cream on top. We will be back to eat as much as we can again, for now we rest. Until we meet again shrimps!

Endless shrimp is back for $ 16.99! It’s the only time I come here and always for my birthday. Not a bad deal but they could work on the customer service and getting those endless shrimps out a lot faster. We came here on a Tuesday evening at 4:30. The restaurant was dark, empty and had a weird smell. We were seated somewhere in a back corner with only two other people dining in. If you’re going to have the endless shrimp, make sure to put in your refill order everytime your waiter/waitress brings you the last one you requested because it does take them awhile to get them out… about 10 minutes. Overall, I am satisfied with their endless shrimp. The price and quality is a lot better than what I’ve experienced with other restaurants who also offer it.

Came here for Crabfest and so glad I did. I ordered the Crab Lover’s Dream and my friend ordered the Snow Crab Bake. The cheesy biscuits were perfect and when we noted the salad dressing was heavy our server Daniel offered us new salads or more greens, we happily took more greens and were happy that he was so helpful. Our food came out in good time. Everything was delicious except for the split King crab which was dried out and rubbery. Daniel was so helpful, he worked out a free desert for us which was so nice. I love Red Lobster and come to this location for almost every«fest» and will continue to do so!

Today was my mothers birthday. My mom absolutely loves eating at red lobster. So despite my last review, that is where we went! I must say that I was glad I gave this place a second chance. We were greeted by the three hostesses when we walked in the door. Two of them promptly seated us. One was super sweet. But as they walked away, I heard the other hostess say. «I don’t have time for this» which we actually thought was extremely rude to say when you are walking away from a guests table. However, the rest of our experience was phenomenal so I am not going to give the review any negative stars because of a single statement made by one employee. Our server was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I went to the receipt to get his name because sometimes I forget names and I am hoping his name is right [Rimon, D] He helped us make a menu selection and explained the whole menu to us. He did everything perfect and was very personable. The next time we come back, we will specifically ask for him as our server. The food was very tasty tonight and we got more then we could finish. We ended up taking home a to go box which our server did box up for us. We brought home so much food, it looked more like a grocery bag full. If was a very good experience and we will be happy to come back. Wish I could have checked in but they don’t have wifi!

I’ve only been to Red Lobster a handful of times my entire life. This is mostly due to the fact that the environment is weird and the food isn’t that memorable. My boyfriend and I came here on a Wednesday night because he had a gift card from his birthday. The parking lot was packed and people were waiting for tables. I was surprised they were so busy for a weekday. To avoid the wait, we sat ourselves at the bar seating. The bartender brought us menus and a man brought us biscuits. We eventually ordered: Pick 2 appetizers combo($ 9.79 + $ 1.99 for stuffed mushrooms): I chose clam strips and seafood stuffed mushrooms. Clam strips are one of my favorite deep fried seafood items and these were tasty. They weren’t oily or overcooked. The tartar sauce it came with was also good, it was a little different than the traditional kind. It kinda tasted like it was mixed with a coleslaw dressing. The four stuffed mushrooms were good, and my boyfriend surprisingly liked them. Not sure it’s worth the additional $ 1.99. They’re really hot, so be careful the mushroom juice doesn’t get you. Seaside shrimp trio($ 18.99 + $ 3.99 for upgraded lobster mashed potatoes): the portion was actually larger than I expected, so the price of the basic shrimp trio seemed worth it. It came with shrimp alfredo pasta, about 10 garlic butter shrimp, about 6 deep fried shrimp, your choice of Cesar or house salad, and a side. The Cesar salad was heavily dressed and salty. In fact, everything I ate was overly salty. Even the biscuits! Geez, we we guzzling that water down. The lobster mashed potatoes were alright, but not worth the additional $ 3.99. This could probably be enough for two people. Overall, the food was okay but WAY too salty. The bartender was busy trying to man the bar, so sometimes other servers would help out, but our water refills were slow. We were only given one basket of biscuits, then our basket was taken away. I thought it was like Olive Garden where you get unlimited, but I’m not sure. No one offered us more. It’s really dark in the restaurant and it kinda hurts my eyes, but I guess that’s the ~mOoD~ they’re going for — trying to be fancy, but failing. I don’t plan on coming back any time soon unless I get a random gift card. I don’t really understand what makes people like this restaurant so much, but oh well.

The fam and I visited Red Lobster last night for a late Mother’s Day dinner(crazy schedules and all), and I have to say, I was pretty impressed. I’ll admit, I find most chain restaurants bland and phony, but it’s really nice to have that idea blown out of the water. We were seated about 5:30 and our waitress, Erin, came to greet us, offered drinks, and answered a couple of questions. Salads and biscuits followed shortly, and a bit later, the entrees. Sounds pretty normal, right? WRONG! Erin, along with some pretty great food, made all the difference. She was so pleasant without sounding fake or condescending. And she was on top of that service — we wanted for nothing. My folks go out to eat A LOT, and even they said how impressed they were. So if you’re listening Red Lobster management, Erin needs a raise!!! The food was also very good. Between the four of us we had coconut shrimp, grilled lobster, garlic-grilled shrimp, lobster bisque, salmon, and baked lobster Alfredo(love the build-a-meal idea so you can try small, multiple entrees). All the seafood was cooked nicely, tasted fresh, and had great flavors. All that said, I’m giving this visit 5 stars… thanks for giving my family a great evening.

After an initial visit to this restaurant a month ago and having a horrible experience with service and badly cooked food, the mgr., Kevin, requested we give them another try. We did today and they were great along with the seafood which was perfect. Kudos to Kevin.

This may sound blasphemous, but I don’t get the appeal of the Cheddar Bay Biscuits. Sure, they were fresh, warm, and buttery. But, I’m not as big of a fan as most seem to be. They were generous, so my coworker was able to take a bunch home. I came in during Lobseterfest. We started off with Lobster-Artichoke-and-Seafood Dip and Lobster-Crab-and-Seafood– Stuffed Mushrooms. Then I moved on to my entrée– Ultimate Surf & Turf(Maine lobster tail baked with crab-and-seafood stuffing, paired with a sirloin topped with Maine lobster meat in). Needless to say, it was a big lunch. I preferred the surf over the turf. The sirloin was hard to chew. Before you judge, my entrée did come with a salad that helped offset my heavy meal.

It doesn’t take a lot to transport me back to Lewiston, Maine… the very brief year I lived in that town(sorry, I didn’t want to give you the impression that I was born and raised there b/c that couldn’t be any further from the truth). First year here in America(2001) and all I can remember were cold, snowy winter days, and fresh whole lobsters cheaper than anywhere else I would find, as I’d later realize. I loved them then and I love them now ~ It’s not the same, obviously, visiting a chain to get my lobster-fix, but it’ll do. Wood-Grilled Lobster, Shrimp, and Salmon($ 27.99) — A Maine lobster tail, jumbo shrimp skewer and fresh Atlantic salmon, wood-grilled and finished with brown butter, served over green beans and baby gold potatoes. Hefty plate, good meal, decent price. Great service, I forgot her name, but she was really nice. Lobster tail? Succulent, not as cheap, not as plentiful. but hey, we’re not eating by the lighthouse near the docks off the coast of a place I once devoured one of the best seafood prepared on a plate. *sigh* let’s not be snobs, it’s still good here! p. s. Their Crab Linguini was excellent.

Would go back just to have Kayla as the server but certainly not the food. The best thing on tbe plate was the potato. My dad gave me and Jeremy a $ 50 gift card for Red Lobster. He doesn’t eat fish of any kind so I almost gave it away but he said they would have some chicken. They have two chicken dishes. First of course everyone loves their cheese biscuits are 380 ml of sodium for one. Well I ate 3 and I think Jeremy ate 5. The menu is so pretty with pretty pictures of food and large portions. I chose something I can’t find on their menu now, it was salmon with shrimp on top. It was ok, the food came out cool, not warm at all. But the worst part, the photo shown was for a full portion, but the price was only for a half portion. Who the hell writes a menu so deceptive. The sodium level and the food was disappointing. I will not be going back EVER.

After seeing Kate Plus 8 eat lobster on last week’s episode, Red Lobster was at the top of our go-to list. We had the night off so we drove out to have some good ol lobster! I’m actually not a huge seafood fan so I passed on those big lobster tails and grilled shrimp displayed on the menu. I went for the half order of crab linguini alfredo & a side of lobster bisque. The bisque was creamy and tasty — not too much lobster taste. The crab linguini alfredo was perfectly cheesy and creamy and had plenty of crab. Although it was a half order, I took most home. This is probably because I indulged in the cheesy biscuits before my meal — they were fresh from the oven and so delicious! The atmosphere here is a lot classier than I thought. It was also pretty crowded for a Wednesday evening, but luckily we arrived right before dinner rush and didn’t have to wait to be seated. Our server was the definition of cool, calm and collected, and made sure everything was to our liking, despite her full section of tables. Their dessert menu wasn’t anything too exciting or brand new so we decided to skip on that. If I do come back though I might try one of their appetizers, like the mussels or dip!

Our experience was mixed. This gets a 3 not a 2 because the food worked out okay. The food was predictable and decent but the service was very slow and inconsistent. She started out really friendly and bubbly. Before long she started spending most of her time with a big party, big ticket table and not checking on us. She forgot stuff, then would disappear forever so we were constantly craning our necks trying to spot her like a rare bird in the wild so we could possibly catch her attention. Then when it was time to give the check, here comes the super friendly, over the top stuff to earn a last minute tip. Nah son.

I don’t understand why people rave about this place. I been trying to avoid the big chain restaurants because I don’t usually have good luck at these places. I got a gift card as a present from Red Lobster, so I had to give it another chance to use my present. Bad mistake, the customer service was bad. This location is crowded, which we already knew, so we put our name down and get to the bar to watch the game for about an hour. Once we were seated, our waitress took our drink order but took a while to bring it over to us. Once our drinks arrived, we put in our order. I didn’t want to keep waiting, I even had to ask for our biscuits. Good thing we got our biscuits because we waited at least another 40 – 45 minutes for our food and I was starving. The food wasn’t anything special. The shrimp was overcooked and my alfredo pasta was okay, the sauce have no flavor.
