Very happy with my nails! I went here for the first time and got my pedicure done by Toni and my manicure done by Katie. It was a great first time experience. The staff is very friendly and my nails look great. I’m definitely going back.

0 stars for this horrible experience!!! I went in with my husband and god children. My husband needed a hair cut and I wanted an eye brow wax & manicure. She quickly did my eye brows in about 5 mins ripping my skin and making me bleed!!! I was so upset I told her I was bleeding, and she apologized and quickly rushed me over to do a manicure where she started pressuring me to to get a gel manicure and to add on a pedicure. I kept telling her no that I just wanted a classic manicure and she continued to ask another 4 – 5 times until she finally stopped. The guy doing my nails did a horrible job and I just felt completely uncomfortable because I knew they were talking about me. My husbands hair cut came out horrible and this was just an overall BAD experience. Never ever going there again!!!

I would give it 0 stars if I could. I «supposedly» got a mani pedi here. I’ve had friends who have done my nails better then these people did. I can paint my nails better then these people can and I am awful at doing my nails. The guy that works here quickly did my mani and pedi, he painted my nails and they looked so horrible that I told him to redo it. There was another girl by him that works there and she offered to paint my nails. She apparently works there but had just came in from what I believe might have been another location so she didn’t really have much knowledge of what was going on besides the fact that I complained on how badly painted my nail were. When she started painting my nails she then asked me why I was painting my nails without getting a manicure however I had just gotten a manicure with the guy that worked there. This is how bad my nails looked. She painted my nails and in all honestly she was trying to be helpful but she was just as bad. I left super upset that I had paid for a service that was so horrible. I am new to town and tried this place because it’s close to work but I will NEVER go back here again. They need people who are actually professionals.

My last procedure here was an acrylic french tip manicure and I am never coming back. My fingers were literally throbbing with pain that evening and in two days, I had air bubbles under the clear part on all nails. After paying $ 47 for it, I was pissed. Never going back. You guys need to do a better job and pay attention to details! Also, language is a definite barrier. They rarely actually do what I ask them because they don’t understand what Im asking. That is frustrating when their prices are really high. You guys lost a loyal customer. Mind you, I used to come here every two weeks, religiously. Tried every service they offer and don’t recall ever being fully satisfied. Try to avoid them, guys. Only use as last resort. I warned you…
