They said 1 hour and they were by 1 hour and 30 minutes. Rude ass customer service. Manager is dumb. Employees are not smart and worst off they are slow.

Beyond annoyed… every time i call and order not only are they rude on the phone but i am told 45 min… ok, i get it their busy sometimes an hr.
When its been 1 hr and 30 min… still no delivery… not ok!!! I cancelled the order and all she said was…“ok”.
No appoligy, no sympathy, and could care less obviously… im so sick of this crap. Bad service, grungy ppl who deliver and ghetto hood rats that work their and don’t give a shit. Never again… times never right, orders never hot and now order was never delivered!!!
Im in the mobile type business a courtesy call is all thats needed… but not even that.

Not only is this place dirty, but DAMN… I buy a pizza large and ask for sauce and I haft to pay 54cent per dip? U are out of your damn mind!!! That’s horrible customers service. I’m sticking with round table pizza. BUT ON THE UPSIDE THE CASHERS ARE NICE. ;)

Ordered a 2 pizzas, waited over an hour for them, never showed up so I gave them a call turns out when they called to verify the address they accidently called the wrong number even though I put the correct one. So no pizza, asked the manager if there was a discount they could give us the next time. (Papa Johns will do like a free pizza or side).
Dude basically said «too bad so sad».
If you order from here make it carry out or obviously they’ll «accidentally» call the wrong number if you place an order an hour before they close.

First and foremost I’ve been a customer there for over a year, ordering at least 1 to 2 pizzas every month. Their wait time and customer service was never good but this last incident was the very last time I’ll go there or any other pizza hut. I was owed a credit given to me by the manager because they messed up yet another one of my orders. After refusing to give me my credit and being hung up on 3 out of the 7 times I called I put in a formal complaint with corporate. Turns out corporate customer service is horrible too. I was told I would be contacted within 3 business days, it’s now been 5 with no response or resolution in sight. Save your money and time and go somewhere other than pizza hut. They clearly don’t care about good customer service or correcting their wrongs from the top down. Horrible business.

Ordered a Valentine’s day pizza and a 16 piece order of wings, plus dessert, I was satisfied with the time they said it would take (15 minutes) upon arriving my wings were still being fried, my wings were extra fresh, I got the garlic parmesan & mild buffalo, the pizza wasn’t sloppy and it had everything I asked with decent amount of the extra toppings I added, IF I did have to change anything I wish the pizza were a bit bigger, As for customer service goes the cashier was friendly and the guy in the back Zach seemed attentive to making sure my order was complete

Delivery is always earlier than expected, which I love. I’ve tried their pizza, cheese sticks, waffle fries, regular fries, and chicken Alfredo. All of the above are great and tasty! Not a fan of the marinara sauce. It’s more like a soup, but not the worst either. Good customer service! :)

This location is okay. I’ve ordered here a couple times and I don’t know what it is. I’ve had their pretzel crust before and looked and tasted like a pretzel but this location when I ordered it, it was regular crust with salt on it. The crust wasn’t even brown, it was white. So not sure what happened there and I swear the hand tossed pizza with the airy crust is not the same here. The whole reason why I live Pizza Hut is because of its airy crunchy crust and this location seems to not know how to do that. I usually order online and almost always get it even earlier than the time they give me. (Usually 20 min after ordering) One time I ordered late and I believe his name is Chai upgraded my pizzas from a medium to large which I thought was super nice, not sure why he did but happy he did.

I ordered from this place online at 1130 called 115 said it was on its way. OK. So then 140 I called back asked where’s my pizza. They said it’s on the way. I want all everybody that reads this to know. I’m literally 2 blocks away from them. Don’t order delivery! !!!

Sadly have to give one star. Over years I have heard every single possible excuse you can imagine. I try not to order from here but few days ago I had too. I was there to pick up my order and usually the excuse is there was no order placed but this time there were two pizza’s for me. I had ordered pizza with extra onion’s and extra olives and paid extra however there were hardly any onion’s or olives. AVOID this place if you can.

if i can give no stars i so will and let me tell you why i placed an order and gave them the usual information they asked for i placed the order at 9pm and they told me it would be here in 45 mins at 10 i give them a call and they put me on hold for ten minus before hanging up and when i called back thier was no hold all of a sudden and i asked whats going on with my order and they said the driver came but no one but i stayed in my living room
waiting for the delivery to come and then he changes the story saying the order was never placed date and time was Wednesday august 19th call placed at 9pm so who ever the guy taking orders at the time needs to be given disciplinary action for ignoring a customer“s order and having them wait almost two hours for deceiving customers

I ordered the be dippers pizza and didn’t receive it for an hour, so I called to see where it was, and apparently they never started. But already charged my card. So they started it then, I waited another hour, and then when it gets here, it is the wrong toppings, missing toppings, and we didn’t get the two liter of Pepsi we ordered also. If you are going to get pizza hut, make sure you go in and not get it delivered because they WILL mess up your order.

Only Pizza Hut I order from cause only one that delivers to my area. Gotten my orders wrong a few times but they were happy to fix it and allowed me to keep the wrong pizza so that’s cool I guess. Delivery guy forgets the sides sometimes and have to run back to the shop. Other than that nothing wrong with this place.

We ordered at 9:10. We were told the pizza would be delivered at 10:30. At 10:50 we called and a gentleman was very rude and said, «we are short staffed, sorry.» Food was delivered at 11:50. Not cool.
