After moving to Roseville, I found myself missing this place. I decided to leave 5 stars. Honestly, their food is delicious. You can’t find any good ethnic restaurants in Roseville.

Amazing fresh food I have tried all of their rice bowls they are fantastic! The waffle fries are to die for and the customer service is unbeatable. I always get my food to go because I work close but their patio is gorgeous and looks like a wonderful place to eat lunch. This is a weekly stop for me if not more!

The times I have been to Pita Q was for lunch. It’s located at a great spot since various offices are near by. I can see Pita Q is a healthy alternative based on the menu. They serve salads, pitas, wraps, and rice bowls as their main entrees. They have fresh veggies and other toppings which includes tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, kalamata olives, grilled eggplant, mixed beans, couscous, broccoli, peppercini mix, apples, tabouli, marinated mushrooms, craisins, feta cheese, cilantro & walnuts for your pickings. You also have the option of brown rice if you want to make that swap. Meats include chicken, steak, lamb, and shrimp for that protein. I like the chicken rice bowl that they offer. The rice bowls are standard as it comes with grilled peppers, onions, olives, rice, choice of sauce, and choice of meat. When all the ingredients are combined together it because a delicious entrée. The menu is pretty straight forward and easy to understand. You start off by selecting the type of entrée and then you work you way down selecting the ingredients. Parking can be an hassle since they share a parking lot with other businesses in the plaza. There are very few spaces and when it’s busy it will be packed. Inside there are tables but very few. Most of the seating is outside in their little courtyard. They play their music pretty loud so it might be hard to hear and talk to others. Overall it is good food and a good place to eat.

This place has some really deliciously special Mediterranean food that blew our minds. My favorite item is the new Koobi wrap that you can get in whole wheat lavash bread. The meat is delicious and they can put a spicy sauce in it and they add sumac spice and feta cheese with veggies. The prices are so reasonable and everything is so fresh and amazing, including the hummus. The hummus is creamy and superb. I love this place!

Wow, this place is really good. I came here for lunch on my 3rd day of training for work. When I first arrived here with 2 of my other coworkers, it looked a little small. Once we got in, it was a tight fit to get to the other side in order to order. Granted, it was lunch time which probably was the reason why it was as busy as it was. They also have outside seating towards the end of the building with LOTS of shade(THANKYOUUUU!). Anywho, I got in line and ordered their Chicken Rice Bowl. They give you a choice of white or brown rice(I chose brown), grilled onions, bell peppers, olives(I opted out of olives), and your choice of meat(chicken for me). At the very end, they also let you choose whether you want a spicy or regular sauce on top. I chose spicy, of course! My total came out to a little over $ 6 just for the Chicken Rice Bowl. Their portions were pretty decent! It definitely filled me up! It was tasty, fresh, and delicious! I’d definitely come back if I am ever in the area. Should you try it? DEFINITELY!

This place is so delicious, I went for the first time and tried the chicken pita. It’s huge and plenty of fresh ingredients. The chicken is soft and flavorful. My husband had the chicken rice bowl and that was equally delicious. Full of chicken and tasty veggies. I will definitely be back to try more of the good food.

My husband loves this place! & he just had to show me. Love the Pitas. My husband loves the rotisserie meats for his gyro. the only down side I can see is there is not one closer to Citrus Heights, Fair Oaks, Carmichael area. You guys really need one in that area :) other than that the food is AWESOME!

Standing in line, I was a little skeptical about how this place would taste, but after biting into my Gyro I am sold! Someone told me this place was expensive, but in my opinion $ 8 for such fresh and delicious food is a bargain; especially when you could EASILY spend $ 10 for a meal at Burger King. The vegetables on the Gyro are amazing. Huge, fresh slices of tomatoes, onions, yummy sauce, etc. A little messy, but only because they stuff your Gyro to the brim which is nice that they don’t skimp on ingredients. I would highly recommend getting here a little before the 12pm lunch rush because once I sat down the people came flooding in and the line became quite long. The staff here is very friendly and the restaurant is clean, but lacking adequate seating. With how many customers they have, the indoor seating is not nearly enough and the outdoor seating is not fun on the 100+ Sacramento summer days. Plain and simple: the food is fresh and delicious. I would highly recommend it and I will personally be returning in the future! And thanks for the complimentary drink with Unilocal check in! Whoohoo!

I got a falafel bowl with brown rice. The falafel was waaayyy too greasy — it tasted like oil was melting in my mouth. The onions also weren’t chopped correctly(one big hunk of onion all stuck together, also had the top skin layer on one piece). The red sauce tasted like spiced ketchup and the tahini was watery. I would’ve given the food two stars but my boyfriend really liked his chicken pita. The employees however were really really nice and accommodating.

I have passed this place going to and from work, every day for the last year and a half, without ever thinking of stopping. Yesterday my girlfriend and I decided to try it out. We showed up at about 8pm, the staff seemed very energetic and happy. It took us a couple minutes to figure out what to order, since we aren’t familiar with Mediterranean food. We decided to split Chicken pita and an order of their crisscut fries. All of the ingredients were fresh and their sauces and many other things are all homemade. The fries were the best fries I’ve ever had(really wasn’t expecting that for a Mediterranean spot). All in all, one of the best inexpensive yet delicious hole in the wall spots I’ve been to yet

After my fourth attempt at a good pita, I’m throwing in the towel. How do you not know how to fold a pita? They fall apart in your hand. Every. Time. I get miffed when bland Greek yogurt is passed off as tzatsiki(sp?) and the pita tastes like clumpy brown rice. Three bites and into the trash :(

I’m soooo addicted and I don’t know how to quit this place… the build your salad is divine! I can’t imagine ever getting tired of it! It’s a taste explosion. I am planning on trying a pita something soon but I can’t stop ordering salad… it’s so dang good! And on the plus side, i feel very healthy eating here! The grilled chicken is fantastic and the mixture of tabouli and tomatoes, feta and artichokes mmmmmmmgood!!! TRYTHISPLACE! Try the Tzatziki dressing it’s amazing, and it’s made with Greek yogurt so in my opinion it’s a healthy creamy dressing!

My boyfriend and I just had lunch here today. This place is clean, well organized and the employees are super professional and hospitable. We both had gyros. OMG, delicious! The outdoor dining area is well maintained and inviting. The honeysuckle out there smells divine! We will be back! I returned for lunch today with a coworker. This place is superb! The food was so tasty and fresh and the customer service is outstanding. Now the whole office is wanting to go here!

A friend recommended this spot. I’m not give in fast food, but have this place a shot. And I am glad I did. Food is pretty much made to order. And the flavor and taste is delicious! Customer service was friendly and helpful. Which is nice. Especially when you have never been to a spot before. I got the chicken and veggies(trying to stay on my diet… lol). Not too salty, not too oily… was really good. Fast service, friendly service, good prices, and good food… give them a try.

I’ve been to Pita Q many times, but most of the time they are within an hour of closing time. Colin and Luis have been there each and every time and are always happy to provide us great service! If you’ve ever worked in the food service industry, you know the night crew has to clean and put all the food way. It’s such a pain to take everything back out to serve customers but these gentlemen do it with a smile! Great service with fresh and healthy food!

I’M HOOKED! I’M A FAN! I WILLBEBACK! Tonight was my first time having food from Pita Q, but my boyfriend had eaten here a handful of times before with his friends on their lunch break during work. It’s sort of an assembly line style of ordering, with incredibly fresh ingredients and plenty of choices for anyone on any diet. I got a chicken pita, he got a chicken rice bowl, and we split an order of the criss-cross fries. The chicken is well-seasoned and cooked perfectly. The veggies are crunchy and fresh. The sauces are so flavorful without being sticky, watery, or overwhelming. And, the portions are HUGE! My pita was more like a burrito, my boyfriend’s rice bowl actually came with a generous portion of meat, and the serving of fries they give you is more than enough for two people. On top of all that, the building it super clean and cute, and the employees are friendly. I’m very excited to eat here again.

Pretty good spot to eat. I’ve been here a few times now… it’s close to work and it’s a fairly healthy choice around this area. I decided to get the Gyro salad… pretty good! The veggies were fresh and they have a pretty big selection. You can pick up to 6 different veggies to include in your salad. For a little extra, you can choose one of the several different meats they have(chicken, steak, gyro, shrimp). Price adds up pretty quickly if you throw a bunch of things like what I did to my salad. =) Staff are pretty friendly and the environment is pretty relax and clean. They have a small outside patio as well. Overall a good place to eat. Friendly staff, clean place, good food. This won’t be the last time I come here.

Food to price, it is definitely one of my go to in the area. I love falafel and it isn’t the best I’ve had but for the price of it, and a bunch of veggies to boot there isn’t really a place that beats it. The times during lunch may be a little rough, and the worker turnover can be pretty high due to this. A few of the more consistent workers are knowledgeable however and will not steer you wrong with choices. My suggestion would be to have what you like in mind though since honestly it makes it faster for all of us. Or stick to a staple of veggies rather than try to invent the wheel each time you go.

I’ve been wanting to try this restaurant out for at least a month now especially after seeing Frank R’s review. I have always favored Greek food and not normally do we go for just a salad but after seeing a pic of the steak gyro salad my eyes got big!!! We got to the restaurant and my HB barely got a parking spot as there was a truck parked in front of the liquor store next door but took up like four spaces in front. So if you come to this restaurant parking could be an issue. We entered inside and I thought the restaurant was small. Not that it was a huge issue but I like room. The style of eating here is casual where you order your food up front like cafeteria style. It was my first time here plus it seemed on the noisy side. So every time the waitress asked me a question, I would respond could you repeat that?! I know I’m getting up there in age but my hearing is failing me too!!! Yikes?!! Lol! Anyway I did order a salad where you pick your greens and six of the ingredients they had there. I’m picked a mix of the spinach and romaine lettuce, cucumbers, red onions, chick pea mix, quinoa mix, kalamata olives and broccoli. My choice of dressing was the fig vinaigrette. That was an awesome choice!!! I did say the salad was to go but the guy just figured we were going to eat it now. So he poured the dressing literally on top! Now who was hard of hearing!!! I did order a soda drink and bc I checked into Unilocal we got one large drink complimentary! Sweet!!! Plus it was self serve too!!! We decided to eat in the outdoor patio seating which was cozy & tight just like inside! There was a nice waterfall feature and various patio seating either bar height or regular table height. I had to use the restroom which meant going back inside the restaurant. I followed the server but she herself was using it first as she had the key to it! I waited impatiently as usual but there was only one bathroom. Remember this is a small place!!! Anyway when she was done she gave me the key. It must self lock or someone can walk right in on you!!! Lovely huh? Anyway I hurried back outside because I was famished! I started to eat and Ken would say why are you taller than me? I said bc you’re short Darling!!! Jk! Naw it was bc I was sitting on their cemented patio sitting which was more stable than the patio black table and chairs which was what Ken was sitting on! And it was jammed up next to each other but yet I liked it better! As I was eating my salad I noticed everything tasted delish but I won’t get those olives as I found them to be way too salty!!! Not ever again fasho! Other than that if we are in the area we will definitely come back! Of course my hubby wanted to try their pita entrees & I will definitely get a salad again but no olives for me! I guess we should yell for dressing on the side. Maybe they will get the hint??? Next time Lunch Frank?! Lol!!! Maybe William?! How about you Monica?! It’s in your hood…

As I was waiting for my wife to get out of the doctors office, I happen to be looking at last weeks New & Review Magazine. There I found an advertisement for Pita Q which is a Mediterranean Grill located on the corner of Bradshaw & Folsom Boulevard in Sacramento California. It read«Eating Good is Feeling Good». Like they say, you are what you eat! A few of our Unilocal Comrades have eaten here and posted some amazing pictures of their salads and Pitas. My wife and myself were both craving for a salad today so this would be the perfect opportunity to try Pita Q. We arrived around 12:30 in the afternoon. The lunch crowd was just starting to arrive. Parking area seemed small because the parking spaces were shared with the other businesses in the strip-mall. This was our first time here so it took us a few minutes to figure out the ordering process. Today process of ordering a salad reminded me of «Pluto’s or Jacks Urban Eats«where you pick your greens, then choose your toppings and dressing. Today I ordered the«Steak Salad». Mixed greens with my choice of 7 different toppings. I selected red onion, red cabbage, beets, double broccoli, diced tomato and mushrooms with«jalapeños ranch» dressing. My wife ordered mix greens with«Shrimp» as her protein. Any type of protein added to your salad comes with a additional cost between 2 – 3 dollars depending on what you order. We ordered our salads to «GO». Our salad dressing was not on the side so if you don’t eat your salad right away your lettuce will get soggy! So if you have a salad to go, make sure you have them put your salad dressing on the side! When you check in here on Unilocal, you get a free large drink with any purchase. There was plenty of seats inside as well as outside in the patio. The employees were very friendly. We will certainly be back to try their«Pitas, Rice Bowls, and Soups»
