Palm Garden Apartments

More like the Ghetto Garden Apartments. I give this place ZERO stars!!!
This place is literally the definition of ghetto. Homeless people are always going and sneaking through the gate which has the most generic code of all time. They are always going through the trash and lingering around and its disgusting not a place i want to call home.
The apartments are cheaply made «nice»: things will start to fall apart quick. And once things start to break you might as well look for a new place because if you try and turn in a maintenance problem 10 out of 10 times you will never get a call or response back from either the maintenance man or the manager who lives on site by the way. Shes never in her office and she never returns peoples phone calls EVER. On average shes only in her office about 2 hours a day if that. Sometimes there’s days that go by and she hasn’t been seen in her office I really don’t even know why she still has a job. If you want anything done you have to literally disturb her and her family by knocking on her door like a crazy animal. I’ve had on going problems with loud neighbors and complaints non stop since I’ve been there and shes done nothing about it. Its like she thinks everything is a joke. For the past four months I’ve needed things around my house fixed. And from day one shes done nothing but promise that she was going to have the maintenance guy come over or call and he never does. When i tell her any problems she seriously laughs in my face because she thinks everything is a joke. Its like shes a child inside of an adults body. I really do hope she loses her job. I feel sorry for anyone that decides to move into these apartments. BEWARE. She also loves to tow peoples cars which is ridiculous because the parking also sucks. Your in for it if you move into these apartments. i also feel bad for whoever moves into my exact apartment because there are nothing but a bunch of drug addicts that live above and beside me. This is not a place you would want to bring your family especially if you have kids. I can not wait to move out in a few weeks.
