Look elsewhere if you want a consistent mix. Poured exposed aggregate steps today and have to jackhammer them out tomorrow. Halfway through the pour, loads of dry cement landed in the street rather than included in the six-sack mix. The driver tried to shovel the cement into the poured weak concrete, but clearly it did not get thoroughly mixed in. When removing the forms from the front of the steps, the pea gravel just crumbled right at the three steps where the cement was later added. The rest looked fine. After explaining this to the owner, I got a loud lecture on reading the fine print about no guarantees. My decision to trust that On Site Concrete would stand by its product was a costly mistake.
