Neumann Valet Services – The Citizen Hotel

Do not use this valet service. They will not take any responsibility for damages they make to your car. My fiancé and I are getting married at Citizen Hotel so used their valet while meeting with our wedding coordinator. The valet misplaced my car so it took 20 minutes to return it to me. When they finally found my car, the driver got involved in a non-​injury collision with another vehicle in the parking lot (which is just a public parking lot). They returned it to me with a dent and no one from Neumann has offered to pay for the damages. My insurance and I are still trying to get a hold of the owner to have my car damages paid for. This should be pretty standard practice — we returned your car damaged, here’s a check for you to get it fixed. Sorry and hope you will continue to be a customer. Instead, it’s sorry sucker for trusting us with your car. I’m advising all my wedding guests to park their own car, and I’m going to make a complaint to the BBB about this valet company if they do not step up and pay for my damages. I’m also going to complain to the Citizen Hotel and hopefully they do not renew their contract with this unethical company.

We ate at the Grange and my friend used them to valet his car. They were fast and friendly and actually took the time to mark down any marks on the car before going to park it. Not sure I’ve ever seen any valet service do that so that’s pretty cool. We got to wait in the Citizen Hotel while they retrieved our car for us. Would valet my car there again.
