Negative stars should be available. I regret hiring the Sacramento firm. The phone receptionist is less than receiving to say the least. I frequently call because NO ONE returns phone calls as expected. It’s rather offensive for this staff to treat you as if you’re a nuisance. I mean really, the nerve after I hired YOU. The receptionist tone changes after I give my name. Why? I’m not sure. I can only assume she’s tired of me calling. Well, if the staff would provide updates within a reasonable timeframe, perhaps I wouldn’t be writing this now.
Anyhow, this was my first accident and my experience so far hasn’t been the best considering the ridiculous retainer fee. The way my file is passed off like a hot potatoe makes no sense ESPECIALLY when you don’t properly notify your client of the who, what, where, when, and why. Common courtesy is lacking greatly with this staff. They’re just there for the check and obviously done care about the clients woes.

I was rear ended twice; two months apart. Once in December 2007 and again in February 2008. I am very thankful to Michael Silvers and his staff for taking both of my cases. The last driver did not have insurance; although I had been paying for uninsured motorist for years, my insurance company did not want to settle my case. The case went to litigation, and I was provided with an attorney from Mr. Silvers office for the deposition process. The Insurance company finally settled and I will always be grateful for Michael Silvers and his staff.
