I was wondering if there is a way to rate this with only a «half-star» rating. We were sold phones with accessories that we didn’t need or gave the consent for, they sneakingly make you initial the contract receipt and only after give the official receipt for you to find out that you were charged extra. Came back 5 times trying to solve the problem and only after that we were able to have the refund. The manager is never present and the employees are«not allowed» to give his/her business contact number to their customers. 3 out of 4 of the employees we came across seemed under-trained of quality customer service making the whole experience seem stressful. The place inside looks a little rugged.
