I would like to give zero stars but I can’t. This restaurant Jason horrible service, I have been there 5 times and my order was wrong every time, or have asked to speak to the manager and after waiting fit 20 minutes of was greeted by a very rude, ignorant young lady who spoke to me like she was on g he streets, I was unable to receive any relief nor a refund, I was giving the wrong food and judging by the way the manager reacted I didn’t trust asking for them to remake my order. I followed up by calling their corporate office/franchise owner twice and never received a response. If their corporate doesn’t care how the customers are treated or if they are even giving people their food than its no wonder why their employees are so rude and disrespectful. The only way this McDonald’s is ever going to get the picture is when they start losing money. I now go out of my way to go somewhere else to spend my money and I advise everyone I can to do the same.

The owner or the manager style here is really like ‘save every penny’ style. They seems like lack of staff all the time and they put ketchup and straws inside the count, you have to ask for it every time, because They always forget to give you. Even more, if you ask for an additional sauce they will charge you for 25c. If not for their play ground here, I would never come here.

I don’t usually eat fast food breakfast, only when i have to go. But I haven’t found a McDonald’s that is satisfying. I’m sure a big platter with hot cakes is not literally just a sausage egg McMuffin next to a stack of pancakes. Really, if that’s the case, I could have ordered a sausage egg McMuffin with a side of pancakes. Wtf. And to top it off, there was no line, so clearly shows they were not busy at all, why couldn’t they make the order right. O, and where are the hash browns. I would like to get what I paid for. Their breakfast ain’t cheap.

Dear McDonalds Manager, if your ice cream machine messes up when dispensing a cone please don’t tell your employees to flick the ice cream that made it into the cone back into the top of the machine. This is VERY unsanitary and gross. Instead please instruct your employee to throw the messed up cone in the trash and start over. Please don’t recycle food like this. This makes me wonder what else you are doing in your store.

This is not a McDonalds that I stop at often. Its a pretty big McDonalds and theres lots of parking. They have a play area for the kids, which you don’t see at too many of the other McDonalds anymore. The drive thru here is always busy and the wait is ridiculous. I feel like the service is not the best. The dining area is always dirty and looks like theres no one to clean it. They always seem like their short handed as far as the employees go. I have used the rest room here a couple of times and was not impressed. This McDonalds is in a very busy strip mall with lots of other business and a busy area period. I think that the employees are over worked and always short handed makes it difficult for them to be the nice people that you can see they could be. They are friendly when it’s not too busy. Management to me is always someone young and don’t seem to really know how to deal with the situation. But you get what you pay for, so to speak. Well truthfully to me, this one is one of the worst McDonalds I’ve been to out of them all and I guess that’s why I don’t come here often. To stop here for me is that last minute«oh lets stop at McDonalds«and they are the one that is in sight when it comes out. But the question becomes how many times do you spend your $$ where the service isn’t worth it. One is really given them to much. But never the less this is McDonalds and people are going to spend $$ no matter how bad the service is.

This Location is centrally located to my homestead so I frequent it for drive through beverages often. The service is consistent, food hot and up to Mc Donalds standards. The bathroom is clean and has always been free of riff-raff and no lines! This is a great little economic guilt free shopping center. Park your car at Mc. E… D’s, fuel up on some quick carbs and head to .99 cent store, and our new Wallmart neighborhood market!

Although the sodas are a dollar for any size. It seems like I have to ask for more ice every time. There’s only ever like 10 cubes in it when I get it the first time. They must have a very slow ice maker.

Although this location is pretty close to the other spot down florin road, I give it one extra star because although it IS McDonald’s & customers don’t help the situation either, so you can’t fully blame McDonalds. Could they use more workers? Yes. Could they keep it cleaner? YES! But that’s life. I usually stop for a diet coke, no ice. Aaaaand once a blue moon, a ice cream cone & anyone who loves vanilla loves that ice cream… it’s especially ahhhhmazing of the cone is FRESH ! yuuuuuuum Be aware of the long line in the drive thru, with 2 drive thru ordering stations and all… Be aware.

I like the smoothies at McDonald’s but there’s a problem finding McDonald’s that will make them. I’ve tried to buy them 3x in the last month and a half) at this location but they keep telling us the machine is broke. My husband then called 2 more McDonald’s in the general area to see if they had smoothies available only to be told that 1. The machine is being cleaned and it will be a few hours before they’ll have them and 2. The machine is broke. If they don’t want to make them, just take them off your menu, or as a franchise, are you allowed to do that? I’m not sure but we won’t ever stop at this McDonald’s ever again or the other 2 we called.

It was soooo hot inside. Of course menu is all the same. Cashier was great the only one taking orders when there was more than enough people for someone to be able to jump on the second register. Cashier was great receipt doesn’t give name… & I forgot to look. When we had a question for the manager I felt like she wasn’t really helped. Watching my fries being prepared… Looks like they pulled them early… Not exactly crispy golden brown… but at least they were fresh… I guess… All of my order was packaged in one bag… I had to ask for another one… No ketchup was offered… And when my order was called it was just left at the counter no eye contact… To ensure my happiness… I know it’s mcdonalds but man I feel like it’s your job customer service maybe if it wasn’t so hot it would have been better…

I usually don’t review any McDonald’s but this place was disgusting. All the tables were dirty and the floor was all sticky. This place needs to hire a professional janitor because nobody throws away their trash therefore there is nowhere to sit. Also whoever decorated the place did a really lame job. Most McDonald’s I’ve been to look nice with a theme, hanging french fry boxes up on the ceiling looks weird. As for customer service… it is so-so. The person who took my order was grumbling and was rude. When I got my order they forgot a few things.

Pretty sure the biggest morons alive work here. I order the food any its not that hard. A number two and a mcchicken. Dumb girl at the window completely forgot the mcchicken all together. Didnt give me any napkins either. I had to ask for them and then they told me if i wanted what i asked for in the first place i had to drive back thru. Management here sucks. Employees suck. Mcdonalds sucks! I am not going back to any of them for a while. Worst fast food in America!

It’s fast good, faster paced food to go basically. If you want a great restaurant then go to one. Service isn’t fast, but I’m sure it’s due to the sporadic traffic. I’m one of those people who never orders fries from any fat food joint. For good reason, I’ve never had fresh ones here. I point to what I said previously, they’re fast food. You want gourmet from a dollar burger? You’re doing drugs or need to start doing them

So I returned because I really wanted McDonald’s. I also wanted to give them the benefit of doubt. What a very disappointing experience two days in a row. The drivethru still took forever to respond. And when I had finally took my order the person who was taking the order just stopped. He did not say a word just kept silent while my dumbass just sat there like what the eff is going on. When I was like hello? This dumbass fool gonna say oh you weren’t finished? Like wow… and you are who? So I pull up and I asked him straight up are you going to compensate for the long wait and terrible service you have? He goes nope because there is only 2 people working. Now… what kind of structure do you have? Maybe, just freakin maybe, you should stop trying to hire so many of these young kids who obviously cannot work past 10pm to help you work the late shift. Or. maybe you should restruct your staff better. Someone had sent me a message pertaining to the location and how ghetto the workers are. Now I’m not trying to be judgmental so I won’t consider that. However, what I’m going to say is… poor staff and customer service highly reflects on the training team, hiring managers, managers and the company itself. Obviously customer service is not as important as money therefore the way this particular store is structure is terrible. Yes I’m going to blame management, I don’t give a damn what other priority you may have. If I was managing this branch I’d put the whole damn staff in check on what customer service is and why you should seriously do your job like you are supposed to. I hope the damn district manager reads my review, because obviously they ain’t doing their job. Why am I so anal? Because I worked for fast food industries before, been there done that, moved forward and now I run things. Ugh. Terrible just terrible.

The first time I stopped and the second, I did not write a bad review but after 3 times it is apparently just the WORST McDonalds ever! It took 20 minutes to get my food and in the meantime I saw so many horrible things I didn’t want to eat my food much anymore… including a worker who noticed something was wrong with a burger, opened it, and saw a bite taken out of it and showed the manager. He said«what??» and he threw it out and just looked at the burger line workers in disgust and then kept working! The lines just grew bigger as wrong orders were returned and exchanged! Yikes! An outbreak of sickness waiting to happen here…
