this store does not deserve one star but this site makes you choose at least one, rude, disrespectful even all the way up to the manager, always gets orders wrong, talks crazy to customers, i don’t even want to eat my food because they are so rude and disrespectful, and act so ignorant that I would not put it past them to spit in my food. thanks but no thanks, got my entire order wrong, then wanted me to prove what I ordered??? like I said previously the manager is the ring leader. I called corporate while I was there but I honestly don’t expect much, judging by these other posts and my experience with this same McDonald’s their«corperate» must not care or it would not still be going on in such a horrendous manner.

This MCD is by far the worst on Florin, they had 3 register and at least two of them should be open. I ordered regular fries and they didn’t even salt my fries. The employees here looks like they in deep hell, disrespectful and they look like they need extra extra help !

First off, the customer service was terrible. Not nice, playing on the job & lazy. One of the workers even said right in front of our faces, «I’m too lazy to get the strawberry smoothie mix so I’m not going to get it unless you do»(to the cashier). Wtf my food is on the line so how as an employee, are you going to say that you’re not willing to serve me yourself unless the cashier does? We also asked for fresh food. It was not fresh at all. My wrap was wrapped wrong, ranch & lettuce all over the place. Disappointed & upset about this experience. Their oven was also not working which was also disappointing, even though it may not be their fault. The owner or corporate should really check up on this place. & there wasn’t even any sweet tea in the lobby. Speaking of, it was dirty as hell. I don’t expect much from McDonald’s, but this experience was just way too much. 2 stars only bc at least my food wasn’t cold.

This would be ZERO stars, if possible. I had just visited the farmer’s market in the nearby parking lot with my toddler in tow. I had a dentist appointment coming up and realized I didn’t have time to go home and make breakfast. I spotted the McDonald’s which had literally not a single car in the drive-thru, so I decided I’d grab breakfast for us there. I pulled up, made my order, went to the first window to pay, had a short chat about how not busy they were, drove to the second window, and was immediately told that I would need to pull to the front of the building because I had asked for the muffin toasted well. I looked behind me to see not a single car and asked, «Even if I’m the only one in line?» He turned to a short woman behind him, who nodded her head, so he turned back to me and said, «Yes.» So I pulled out to the front where 3 other cars were already waiting for the same kind of reason. Ridiculous! Not a single car in the drive-thru, but you’ve got, now 4 cars waiting out front on the red curb or blocking other cars because there’s no designated wait area. I maneuver myself around and find a spot that I can be found by whomever comes out to bring me my food. I paid at 8:07am. I waited as I watched all three cars get their food and drive off. I waited as I saw people park, go inside, and come back out with their food in hand. I waited and waited, not wanting to pull my toddler out of the car just to run inside real quick — the whole reason why I picked the drive thru anyway. Then, some homeless guy comes and starts walking around the area. He kept stopping and banging his fists on the ground as he yelled. I locked my doors, rolled up the windows, and moved a bit further up. At this point, I started watching the clock. At 8:15, I tried calling the store because I didn’t want to leave my car(especially with my child in tow) with that man in front of the doors. It rang and rang and rang and then went to a message system. I waited some more. At 8:19, I had had enough waiting. I parked the car, pulled out my toddler, ran past the angry man, and inside. I asked if my drive thru order was ready yet. Everyone looked at me like they were confused and said, «What did you have?» SERIOUSLY??? So I told them what it was and the little lady asks the«kitchen» workers if they had that order done. The girl back there goes, «Oh yeah, I’m working on that.» As I see her grab cheese and JUSTNOW start putting the sandwiches together(I had ordered 3 sausage muffins(no egg) with extra cheese & bun well toasted). So I say, «Are you kidding me? I’ve been waiting out there for over 10 minutes and you haven’t even started my order? There wasn’t even anyone in the drive thru! This is ridiculous.» So the poor guy that was told he had to have me wait in front asked what happened quietly, so I told him and I asked who the manager was and he pointed to the little lady who kept her back to me this whoooooole time. RUDE! So I wait for my food inside now and with attitude she turns, hands me my bag, won’t make eye contact, and goes, «I threw in a hashbrown, sorry for the wait.» She says that without any eye contact, with a monotone voice, and it was very clear it was being said begrudgingly. I was LIVID, so I just walked out. I’m now running late, so I start driving and at the stop lights, I start opening the food. Do you know what I find? COMPLETELYSOFT, BARELYWARMBUNS. THEYWERENOTWELLDONEINTHESLIGHTESTBIT — INFACT, THEYSEEMEDUNDERTOASTED. If I would’ve had the time, I would’ve marched back in there, demanded it to be fixed, and quite possibly a refund for that insane amount of shenanigans. And do you know what? They cleared my order before having made it, so it LOOKS like they do great with their drive thru times. Not when you have FOUR cars waiting out front and not a single one in the drive thru. I AMSOPISSEDATTHISEXPERIENCE, MAINLYBECAUSEOFTHELACKOFCARE I RECEIVEDFROMTHATSNARKYLITTLE«MANAGER» FORWHATHAPPENED. I get McDonald’s is not where you should expect great customer service, but this was unacceptable for *any* business. The lack of concern or care is the worst!

For all that is Holy… Cold food EVERYTIME! Except the shakes; they are drinkable with a sippy cup if you so desire. I’ve passed through at this place when in a hurry, which has always been a bad idea. I didn’t know a McDonald’s could have a wrapped drive-thru at 2:00 pm on a Tuesday. I would also like to add that texting on your cell is fine, speaking into your phone while you forgot to take your finger off the speaker while waiting on customers so they can hear about your displeasure with your bf hitting on your bff? Not so much.

1) Pineapple smoothies should not have chocolate at the bottom of the cup. 2) Fries should not be given to customers burnt and cold. 3) When you ask for hot fries the manager shouldn’t have an attitude or accuse you of trying to get an extra order. I had my receipt from not even 5 minutes ago and I gave the old fries back. After driving a couple blocks nobody wants to drive back to McDonald’s and get back in line to ask you to do something that should have been done right the first time. Rude!

Worst location. The 6 months I’ve been working near here I’ve been to this location maybe 4 times and every time I come, it’s a 30+ minute wait. It doesn’t matter how many cars 2 or 10 it’s always literally 30 min. I have 30 min for lunch and every time I go here it takes up my whole lunch sometimes longer. The customer service is horrible. I found a new location pretty same distance just the opposite way on florin and they are so much better and faster. Going there from now on and I’ll never go to this place again. One star is actually giving them undeserved credit

Ghetto and slow. They take forever to serve you. Even if there are only 4 other customers in the store. They get orders wrong constantly. This a good place to order food for cheap. I’ve only been through the drive thru so I have no idea how it looks in the inside. I’ve never have to wait one in the drive thru and haven’t had a problem with my food. The location is kind of bad and there’s almost always a homeless person by the drive thru looking at you. I feel bad sometimes but most of the time they look really scary and walk up to your window expecting you to give them something. I’m sorry but I work for my money and I need to help myself before I can help others. And I hate feeling guilty for ignoring them.

Over 30 mins in the drive thru, workers are always consistently rude. Ghetto location, with ghetto workers. I wish the drive up windows were large enough to fit 2 cars side by side because I would have taken off numerous times, never a wait that is shorter than 15 minutes even with just a few cars up front. This McDonalds is right here behind Wal Mart and it is Always busy! It is not the cleaness one I’ve ever come into. There are always homeless people hanging out in front of the store, or should I say on the side of the building. So I decided to go through the drive thru today and boy was the line long. I don’t know what it is, but it seems like every time I choose to do drive thru I get stuck. Never fails! So while waiting in the drive thru a homeless person walks up to my window and tapped on it an scared me to death asking for some change. I wanted to jump out that car and {…}. So after being spooked an waiting in the drive thru for about 20 minutes now and I get to the pick up window and the young lady asked me what my order was, so I told her and she turned to look for my food and no chicken nuggets on deck. Why I’m not surprised. So they have about three other orders up and ready to go, but I have to wait another 5 minutes or so before my order is ready. And the girl working the window says nothing too me regarding my food not being ready. She just walks away from the window. Where do they get theses people from? Now I know the other people waiting in line are wondering what’s taking so long. Its not me! It’s just hard to find good help nowadays. I just stopped here because I was right here at Wal Mart and figure {…}. And maybe that’s the problem. I wish I would have waited. It takes longer to go through the drive thru than to just walk inside, just didn’t want to try to find parking, not a lot of options at this McDonalds. Very limited parking space here.

I’ve been referred to the human resources already which i am talking to them next week.(Manager should really be sweatin now) Manager talks down to the workers. A bunch of people has quit. He takes the phones of employees and locks it away(BIGNONO) and refuses to give them back until the end of the day. These are personal belongings. They lost a lot of managers and has this barely capable asian girl to do the schedules which whom by the way schdules herself off on the weekends and has the crew blindly covering shifts for one another. I always dread coming to this McDonald’s… i don’t come here unless I’m desperate ! The drive they takes foreverrrrr…& for what? Diet coke! I’m even helping you, NOICE, 1 less step.(Just saying). I do feel bad for SOME of the workers because I’ve seen inside what they gave to deal with [[RUDENESS]]. When I have gone inside the soda machine is just plain gross, customers can be pigs, but CMON mcds designate someone to watch that section & keep it clean. This location also has 2 drive thrus, & normally has 2 people taking orders the times I’ve been here. & yet still takes forever. This is the first location where I’ve seen the cashier shut off the soda machine on customers. & On that note Smh I won’t even say how I feel about that… I will give them this, if there’s an issue with a order, they’ve handled it quite well — - thank you rashieda(sp?)

We just happened to be in the area on the way home to Elk Grove after looking for bar stools for our new kitchen island to come up next year sometime. The traffic down Stockton Boulevard seems to be nonstop! We stopped bc of my ice cream cone bad habit! It only cost a 1.08 for us and we did go through the drive through or else my HB would have not stopped. I guess next time it will be a different McD’s!
