Took my truck in for repairs. They did excellent work. They are super knowledgeable, and repaired my truck and went over it with a fine tooth comb. Definitely would recommend them.

I am impressed with Markbenbills service. This is one of the most honest repair shops that I’ve ever been too. They take time to explain everything step by step. They are not interested in simply charging you for the diagnosis but interested in truly diagnosing it properly to take care of the problem.

Marken Bill Automotive keeps our cars running well. We have old cars with high miles but they’re still going strong. We’re getting straight advice from a business that’s been around a while and takes good care of us. Mark has come to our aid twice when we couldn’t get our cars to his shop. He made a home visit once to tow our car to his shop. He then delivered that car home to us once repaired. Last night my car battery died and Mark brought tools and a new battery. First he verified that my battery was dead with his machine. Then he struggled with corroded connectors and a hacksaw before finally getting a fresh battery installed. Mark went out of his way after a regular day at the shop to make sure I had a running car for the next day. That’s exceptional home service, especially on a cold December night, that you don’t find very often these days. When I’m in car trouble I call Rose in the office; she communicates my situation to Mark; and I get an instruction on what to do next every time. I have peace of mind knowing that I have a trustworthy mechanic taking care of us. We’ve saved time and money in the 4 years that we’ve been going here. It’s worth the drive from Cameron Park to Sacramento to get this kind of care and reliability.

Took a chance but glad I did. Awesome service, knowledge of classic cars from the ‘50s — ‘70s…for me, they brought my 1969 Ford Thunderbird back to its masterful self with their attention to detail and lasting feeling of value for the dollar… and most of all, honesty.
