Great new staff and new manager is fabulous! They are always so friendly and helpful! I also love the new remodeled store… so bright and lovely! I highly recommend this location!

Expensive items but I like their products. Sometimes they do have sales which helps to cut down on the cost. I would definitely say to be on the look out for their sales. I think they used to sell incense which I really liked. It had a nice scent and didn’t smell like typical incense. But they stopped making it! Bummer. I got some on sale before they all ran out though. Now I guess I’ll have to search ebay if I want more of their incense. This store has nice staff and they are friendly. They will answer any questions you have. Their products are pretty high end and luxurious. I do like the scents they have here (well not all of them, but some of them). You can get soaps, bath gel, lotion, and other items. This store is in the Arden Fair Mall. Its right in the middle of it so is easy to find.

This branch is always staffed by very cheerful and knowledgeable people!
I mean, I love the products themselves and would probably visit this store even if the employees were jerks, but just that they’re so nice always makes my experience stellar. I stand by the Divine line and the Angelique line. All so good! And I always get compliments on my face/​complexion. :)

I received a coupon to get a 10oz hand cream for free plus a 20% discount on any item. I looked around the store, but didn’t see anything I wanted to purchase. So I just asked for my free sample and the sales lady got real attitudy with me. She was insulted that I deemed my free item a «free sample» and indicated that this is a full size bottle of lotion. She was also appalled that I didn’t want to purchase anything in addition to receiving my free item. I was a bit taken aback that she would get this rude with me over my incorrect wording. I like the lotion well enough, but I don’t think I will be going back to this location any time soon to purchase anything.

The store manager of this L’Occitane Arden Fair Mall called Heather McDowell is so rude and means to the customer! Her attitude and her customer skill is so unprofessional. She is definitely not fit in her position to handle situation and deal with people. You will walk out unhappy and unsatisifed if she is in the store. The trust between store and customer is totally broken. The rest of the associates are nice and fine. If you want to purchase their products, I would recommend to go to nordstrom and sephora nearby in the same mall, they will provide excellent customer service and honor all the unsatisifed return and refund with money back guarantee. The individual boutique store can’t return or exchange if you open the product and try it at home eventhough your skin with sensitive reaction. I definately won’t come back to this store again due to bad customer service.
