Super great service!!! Walked In and was helped right away. Got my live scan done in 5 mins. no appointment needed.

Came here with my boyfriend to apply for TSA pre-​check. All the appointment times were booked up so we decided to do a drop-​in. It’s a little hard to find because it’s just a small door in this big building. I was prepared for a 1 – 2 hour wait time before we could be helped. I mean, that’s pretty much how the DMV and things like that work right? Wrong! We were promptly greeted at the door by an employee within seconds of arriving and waited less than 10 minutes until we were taken into a room and processed. The whole entire process took less than an hour for the both of us. Amazing! Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely come here again in to renew TSA pre-​check is still going on. (Btw, TSA pre-​check is only for domestic flights and it’s good for 5 years only.)

Called at 8:33am and no answer, mailbox full. Hours start at 8:30am. This business needs to clean up their professionalism a bit so they are reliable.

I arrived at 1pm. and before I could even sign in, I was greeted with someone to help. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Very helpful and very friendly.

I arrived at Live Scan at 4:27 (per my phone). They close at 4:30. The door was locked and the place was dark. I knocked on the door and an employee answered the door. I was told that they shut down everything so that they can be out the door at 4:30. Really! Its not like 4:30 is at the end of the day. When a retail business post hours they should be open until that time. The employee was unsympathetic and would not help.
I went to Capitol Live Scan 5706 Broadway. They are open until 6pm
