Every time I come here the staff is rude. Each time there is a 10 to 15 minute wait for a hot and ready pizza. Really? I thought the idea was convienance? If i have to shout to get anyone to take my order because all the staff is bullshitting in the back with a line outside, and the pizza which is advertised as hot and ready isnt ready then why come here? 3 strikes in done.

Probably my last time here.
My sister ordered 2 large pepperoni pizzas and waited 30 minutes. Like seriously? We understand it take 15 – 20 minutes to get ready. But all of a sudden, customers walked in and out immediately after they ordered. There were 2 cashiers and the man who took the other orders got their orders right away while the girl was telling her customers to wait. It was a Mexican girl, about 5 feet 4″ and thick. She’s cute, but needs better service. Kudos to the man who got his orders out quickly.

One of the employees there her named I Carolina I believe needs to take some customer service classes! The costumer is always right! You can’t be throwing money at customers! Shame on you!

Hot n ready? What does that mean? The commercials say that it’s supposed to be hot and ready when ordered, but how about waiting 15 minutes. What is the difference between this and any other pizza place then? I didn’t eat, don’t get me wrong, but I waited almost 20 minutes with my buddy. It was kind of funny since their whole existence is based on hot and READY!

They don’t care about taking orders in the order that people have been waiting. Someone cut in line, they get helped. The staff don’t bother to ask «who’s next?» In fact if you walk right in and go straight up to the counter you can bypass the line altogether because the workers don’t give a damn. Also very stingy with the pepper packets. No cheese packets available.

I ordered a pretzel crust cheese pizza with jalepeños for pick up. I got there right when it came out of the oven so I got to watch the employee butter the crust and salt it and do all that good stuff to it… he was putting everything on with so much care you could tell the pizza was gunna be bomb. I don’t know his name but our pizza was delicious!

I only give this one star because I love the crazy bread! The two ladies at the counter were VERY UNFRIENDLY! No hello, just what can I get you. I said hello how are you? The lady did not respond to my question and looked at me like I was crazy! Never again!

5 dollar pizza fast ready turned to be 26 for four of them. I don’t know if I’m doing the math wrong but I think four of them is 20 plus tax. Lol
Good service… I was in and out.
