Too many break ins. The front office has no desire to be helpful. Go somewhere else if you value your vehicles.

In the middle of a cross-​country move I needed a place to store my belongings here in Sacramento. Driving down I-​5 I spied LifeStorage, and even from a distance it looked clean and well-​kept! Plus it’s a convenient distance from the airport, which played into my moving plans.
The staff here are very friendly and I felt like they really made an attempt to give me the best deal possible. The place felt secure and is kept clean. I felt safe going there at any hour of the day. While I did take preventative measures with moth balls, I didn’t have any issues with moths in the end.
Also, their payment system online was really simple to follow and I was notified by email of my bills in a timely manner. Hopefully I’m not in a position to have to store things again, but if I am I will use LifeStorage!
